Pinoyexpressgifts.com Wrong items delivered

My fiance ordered something to surprise me in valentine's day. I got it almost 7pm. I received a box of ferrero (24pcs) and 2 cadburry (65g/ea). When i showed the picture to him he said its not what he ordered. I verified with their chat support the items on the order # he gave me. It shows I should receive a bouquet of roses, cake and chocolates. The lady said cake is only for manila thats why they replace it with chocolate coz we have provincial address. I said i understand but what about the other items. The agent keeps on telling me to wait for her boss. I was online for 2 hrs then the operator disconnected me. I open chat again and un believable the agent who got it has same name. She said they all have same username "lisa". Im asking for any id # or ref # for my own referrence but she gave me company address.phone # and website which i already know. She just tell me to wait for an email.no timeline. Its very disappointing.they were paid more than $100 only for those chocolates not even half the price.

Pinoyexpressgifts.com Delivered wrong item, lousy customer service

I ordered a gift for my mother last week.the item i odered specifically is 2dozens glittered blue roses with java mousse cake from goldilocks, my mom posted the pic and the roses were not blue, not even a dozen and a different cake too.so i sent an email as soon as i saw that, nobody replied.i thought, well, it's sunday, so let's wait till monday, and i will also call them.monday came, and nothing happened, i found 4 different numbers to call, 3of them were not working, the other I got someone, but he gave me a different number, he said that that is there office number.entirely different from the website.i tried that number, and of course, no one is picking up, i called the last number that i was able to talk to that man, and he turned off his phone already. My mom is also trying to call them.their refund replacement policy is that we should call them within 48 hours after delivery, how are we going to do this if we cant call? And btw, while i was in their website trying to search for some way to get in touch with them...a chat window appeared, so i clicked on it, and it said i am chatting with 'pinoy', so i asked if someone can help me, so pinoy said hi, when i told him that i have been trying too call them but unsuccessful, pinoy was gone...i complained to their payment gateway 2checkout.com, i hope they will do something aboutit coz clearly this website is a big fraud! They think since the senders are not in the philippines, its ok to send whatever...newsflash, interent, social networks are here, we can easily see what we paid for, and i definitely saw that you gave my mom a cheap present and not the one i paid for!

Pinoyexpressgifts.com ordered,paid, but no delivery

I ordered a Valentines combo gift for my wife (visiting the Philippines) and she never recieved it, the company said they would check it out, but never did. Now, anytime I try to contact them they ignore me. All I want is to find out if the gift I sent was real or fake. Almost $3000.00 pesos ripped off. No more ordering through pinoyexpressgifts.com

I ordered combo GOLDILOCKS FOR MY WIFE FROM AUSTRALIA ORDER 24061 PANCIT MALABON INCLUDED IN THE COMBO BECAUSE I KNOW THATS HER FAVORITE SO I CHOOSE COMBO WITH PALABOK 1 DAY BEFORE DELIVERY THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE THAT CREMA DE FRUTA WILL BE REPLACE BY EGG PIE I SAID THATS OK. WE THE FOOD ARRIVED IMY WIFE RECIEVED PANSOT SOTANGHON GUISADO.
I SENT A EMAIL BUT NO REPLY I HOPE THE BUSINESS OWNER WILL LOOK TO THIS PALPAK EMPLOYEES I HOPE THIS BUSINESS WILL BE MORE SUCCESSFUL DUE TO THEIR FAILURE GOOD LUCK TO THE OWNER THE NAME OF RECEPTIONIST IS LIZA NEVER ORDER AGAIN VERY POOR SERVICE

I ordered roses for my GF for 3500k pesos which should includes ferrero chocolates and a stuff toy but once delivered she got a cheap looking roses and a rip off ferrero chocolates and no stuff toy. I asked for a refund for the stuff toy that they didn't deliver but their chat support wont answer (but answers when you order! ) and email as well. Avoid this site! Bunch of scammers, rot customer service and all they want is to take your money

I ordered roses for 3k pesos which should include ferrero chocolates but she only got a ripped off ferrero instead from who knows where they picked it up. And i also ordered additional stuffed toy but was not included in the delivery. So when i asked for a refund for the toy their chat customer service suddenly went offline all of a sudden. Email them but didnt get any response. This company doesnt care about their customers, all they want is our money . Dont buy from this site! A complete rip off!

I ordered roses to be sent to my fiancé on 12/2/17 to deliver 12/4/17 were received 12/7/17 and the roses were almost dead. will never order through pinoyexpressgifts.com again. I feel like I was robbed.

The flowers sent to my mother's birthday was late and rotten flowers! Do not order anything with Pinoy Express gifts! So disappointing! Very poor service! Never again!

Sent multiple emails for two weeks requesting for a refund - No response
Entered multiple tracking order messages on their website - Ignored
* Lesson learned. Stay away from pinoyexpressgifts.com, it's a Philippine SCAM Website *

my wife just recieve my surprice present and she was not happy about it because the flowers are not fresh and ready to go to the trash bins... dont deal business with this website
