house rental
My fiancé and I inquired about a house for rent. We got a change to see inside of it and liked what we saw.in there were two men "cleaning" the house that we were informed would be in there. Mind you too I called (a woman) by myself. The guy Josh said there would be another woman in there looking at the time I was to go look & she never showed. I y'all back to Josh on the phone and told him we are interested in the home and he seems to of wanted to give it to me but said he had to run it but the guy who owns the house that lives in California he said. He told us to get with him on Monday of the to turn in to him bank statements showing we have "direct deposit", pay check stubs, ID cards and he would have a answer for us in 2 day (Wednesday). That day came and Josh text me and asked if I had an email. Said the owner wanted to email me a form to fill out. He emails me a form after 8pm. The form in the right corner first says it expired August of 2011 it said something about a small business form. It had things on there like financial assets and liabilities. Very personal financial information. How much is in your bank account etc. The bottom fine print by where it ask for a signature and social number it states the form is for the purpose of a loan. I backed down and sent a message with questions about the purpose of that form. No responses yet at this point but the rental property is a 4 bedroom asking for a $850 in Peoria, IL.
Also the guy Josh. I found he has a handyman service call Josh Johnson's Handyman Services and the house we looked at is on the front page of the site.
REAL ESTATE FRAUD
I am a local homeowner unfortunately in foreclosure. I was recommended to PETER CANTAINA by someone I had just met in late March of this year 2014. PETER CATANIA the owner and real estate agent had contacted me and I signed a listing agreement for 30 days . PETER CATANIA changed the listing agreement date for 1 year.
