harassment and vindictive attitude to the senior citizen customer

Rude behavior to the Senior citizen customer by the
Branch Manager Mr. Williams at Jagatdal Auckland

Sir,
With due honour I lay before you the following facts how a 76 years old senior citizen customer is treated as beggar and how customer satisfaction is ignored by your BM, Mr. Williams and threatened me to withdraw and close my all FD and SB accounts from this Branch
1. On 11 April 2018, I have visited the Bank to open a new Fixed deposit and to submitted my 15H but due to link failure, 15 H was received but no receipt was given by the man concerned and assured to give the receipt after a few days, this is ok.
2. For another issue, to open a new FD, I wanted to know from the Branch Manager Mr. Williams
When it will be possible as there was link failure and all the staffs were busy for collection of 15H and 15G.
3. When I have entered into the BM chamber Mr. Williams shouted and rudely utter me to get out from his chamber as if I am a trespasser, there was another young lady was sitting in front of BM and there was another vacant chair for the customer.
4. Mr. Williams also insulted me and threatened me that he will close my all the accounts from his branch and he does not want such a customer like me .
In these situation I would request your kind intervention so that a senior citizen of 76 years of old do not behaved like beggar in your PNB family and misbehaved by the BM.
Trust, this will find your consideration so that good will of PNB is not disrupted due to any vindictive attitude BM like Mr. Williams.

ATM Fraud
Sir,
Twice i received the message on my mobile about the trancation made from my account using the debit card, though i never made those transaction. I have registered this complaint with the PNB customer care ( Very Unprofessional behaviour, tough to deal and very limited knowledge of the CCEs). I got one amount reversed but the another one (for the bigger amount) was declined after 4 month of registering complaint. I followed up more than 100 times for the status of my amount and every time i got the reply that it was approved and will transacted in your account, the same comfirmation i received from the ATM cell. But after four months i was told that it was rejected (request declined) I am realy not sure if any authority is really keeping the eye on such big Bank. Please let me know if any one have any suggetion around it. My email is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

my card was blocked for 3d services so i got in contact with pnb care in the mid night as i know its 24 hrs service. but he told me that u call me tomorrow morning. i called him, he was rudely with me and he didnt lodge my complaint. then i called again and talk to mr. bhupesh and he was also rude. because of this i will miss my exam.
they told me that their is nothing written and confirm it may start or may not be.

my wife mrs poonam sharma went towithdraw a sum of Rs 1500 from the atm at cmp centre bangalore adjoining the cmp csd. atm has shown that the trannscation has been processed. but meanwhile there was power failure. hence Ishe was unable to get the cash. she further waited for the power but after that also the atm machine had shown out of order.Pl check the transaction and refund my money by crediting it in my account.

wrongly debit my a/c
sir most humbly with due respect i beg to state that i had made a transaction from axis bank atm counter najafgarh, using my pnb atm. the transaction was declined but an amount of Rs.6000/- was debited from my account.when the complain was given to the bank they did not take any interest regarding this matter and told me to call on helpline no [protected] but there is no responce from this no. i called many times. the transactiohn was made on 13/10/09 at 7:42pm and i have still not received my amount, so i will be very grateful to you if you take necessary steps and refund my amount.

Poor Service
I am subscriber of BSNL Broadband under Plan Combo+. For last week I am getting no connectivity and therefore lodged a complaint no. 347216 at Call Centre of BSNL on 12.04.2008. Despite repeated request the problem has not been sort out. No one responds sincerely and every time give false promises. God knows what will be the fate of Public Sector in this intence competition.
I hope the complaint shall reach to the right forum to improve the services.
