Profit Boost Institute SCAM!

So you get an email claiming you can make money from home and 3 easy steps, for only a few hours a day copying links to websites. There is video posted from local news channels promoting the company and even testimonials by people in your area. They charge you $97 ( plus other charges, which I did not commit to thankfully) to join and set you up with a Program of steps setting you up for work. Unable to get in contact with anyone from the site, even though they claim to have a 24 hour phone line of "coaches" available to speak to you. All I got was a message saying no one available and to leave your number ( message did not sound right). I should have realized this was too good to be true. Very upsetting that people can get away with this.

Received through email by friends, an offer work from home using website and internet. Had video promoting from local news and testimonials with person from Same City. I made the mistake of signing up. Promised 24/7 "coaches" available by phone, and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone. Emailed, phoned. Nothing. Did receive email today saying theire phones are closed on weekend but ti leave a message as they would be in today, but still doesn't sit right. I phoned again and same message says "You've reached the business development corporate offices all operators are busy please leave your name and number" . I am yet to hear a word. The website looked so believable the way it is set up, with the modules to work through. But as I started going through them I couldn't seem to make sense of it, how this would all work out. Lesson learned. and $97 dollars gone.

You are very right, not sure what I was thinking ! Lesson learned. They have also been promising me a refund for a month and nothing after various phone calls. It's brutal.

I'm not here to complaint, but to give y'all some TIPS on how you might be able to get your money back, or at least charge back the credit card charges. (1) contact your credit card company both in writing and by phone to DISPUTE the charges; (2) keep copies of all communications between yourself and the credit card company; (3) forget about getting through to Profit Boost ~ they're based in Luxembourg Europe, so they know our US authorities can't touch them, so. . . (4) file a complaint with the IC3/Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov ) run by the FBI as they work with authorities in other countries and will include your info on their database ~ the more info they have, the better; (5) finally, if your credit card company gives you a hard time getting a charge back, contact your state Office of the Attorney General ~ send them copies of ALL documentation you have (letters to credit card company, copies of charges on your statement, etc), and they'll advocate for you. After searching for profit boost institute, found phone number on this site, called [protected] (Wealth Management) on Saturday February 16, 2017. I talked to Michael (Computers down) and will have to call back monday thanks for posting the phone number.

When you look for a business, you have to keep in mind how is money getting made i.e. what products or services are being offered. How is money exchanged by copying links to websites? If it doesn't make sense, then you have to stay away from programs like this.

Profit Boost Institute I can't find a way to contact the company

I purchased a system through Profit Boost Institute that is supposed to allow you to work from home on your computer and make money doing online work. I should have snapped to looking for contact info. I can’t find a way to contact the company after I transferred the money.

I called the number as well just now - [protected] and they said 7-10 days for refund. Thanks again John.

For all having difficulty canceling Profit Boost Institute charges. The company lists itself on credit card charges as "Wealth Management"
of St. George, Utah, Billing department phone number [protected]. I called them 2/15/13 0832 pst, talked to a customer service rep.
I was able to request a cancelation of the $97.95 charge to my credit card, got a confirmation number, and was told that the change
would appear on my account within 7 to 10 days. I hope this is helpful! John0331.

Got an email purporting to come from a friend, it appears to be a recommendation and has "excellent" in the subject line, the email comes from nalisha_love@yahoo.com, obviously not my friend so was immediately suspicous, used my ipad to click the link to try and trace, didn't wanna use a regular PC for fear of infection, after several redirects it takes you to a page which appears to be a financial report extolling the virtues of working from home with lotsa links to Profit Boost Institute, doubtless a fake.

I was sent this link today, it seemed genuine, the first time I clicked through it took me to a website with a form to complete your name and contact details which I did, it then said there were only 2 jobs in my area and I must apply now, but then I read all the literature on the page. It still seemed genuine but for some reason I thought too good to be true, especially when I got to the bit where I needed to place an order and part with some cash. So I decided to go away from the page and have a think about it. I decided I was being ridiculous and tried to get back to the page a second time but a page kept coming up with a 403 message unfortunately it was all in Russian so I couldn't even read the error message. I guess I was lucky this time, so sorry for you guys and hope these people get caught, it's just rotten.

I did receive an email today from a male named Jacob stating if you follow through the program and dedicate yourself you will make the money but I don't think it seems right. I replied stating I had seen various complaints from people to this effect and Jacob said that obviously I could call the "coaches" line today to speak to someone. I did, no call back. AGAIN.

I am having the same experience myself. Have emailed, phone twice, nothing. Website is acting up and it's seeming like this is not what's it's cracked up to be. Darn I should have know. How much did they charge you? I paid $95
