Employee treatment
I was offered a job at randstad sent offer letter went through the process of filing out paper work get to last page to submit my paperwork it kept giving me an error I called and emailed tryinging to get this fixed kept getting told they would call me back I had a job I put a notice in to take this job they told me everything was good so i quit that job...

I have been underpaid by this company for the last 3 paychecks. First, they did not pay me for any of my overtime, then the following week I was not paid for over 4 regular hours and the week after that I was short over 3 hours. I have sent at least one dozen emails to my RS and their RS as well and they will not respond to me or speak to me if I see them in the building. This is absolutely ridiculous and they will not even tell me who their supervisors are so I can go up the chain of command and get something done about this. My suggestion is to not even apply for this company.

This is how M&G, Randstad and Square-one treat IT contractors
I applied for a .NET Developer's position to M&G bank via Square-One agency. I got a job offer 1-week after the interview and ready to start the following Monday. I got a phone call from the agent requesting to wait for 1 more week because there is another recruitment company called Randstad involved and they couldn't agree with terms & conditions. After a week a got another phone call from Square-One requesting not to start at all because they still couldn't agree with terms & condition.

I moved to rome, ga in november i have been looking for work but no one will hire me all i here is fill out a application online ive been doing that since i got up here so anyways i found this company called randstad so the next day me and my family went to the office they have in rome, ga at first i thought it was a good place because as soon as we walk in a lady greeted us and told us to come to her desk she also told us that she had a job so she told us to come back the next day to go over some paper work so we come back the next day, we walk in the door her hold attitude is different she just stared at us like she didnt even know us then finally we just walk up to her desk and she act like she didnt want us even there then she told us to fill out some more papers and on our way out she said she would try to find us work!So on that note that was a total waste of my time and really messed up and so unproffessional.Oh and by the way its april and im still unemployed.

One star because I could not give zero. Stay away from them. They are scams. I am waiting for money to be paid, but they keep pushing me around. I am not the only one, loads of workers have been scammed by Randstad.
Randstad is garbage, they will try to deny your unemployment claim no matter what. You can beat them, though. Call the 800 number every day, [protected], call in as available, and it will send you an e-mail as a record. Do this as soon as you suspect you might not get more work for a while. As long as you do that you have followed the contractual obligation they will present as evidence against you at the unemployment hearing and you can't lose. Fight it, it's not as hard as you think and you will probably win.

Blew me away into reality. Finally on the same page.
Worse than used car salesman these people are. Now I am still onboard after being pressured into a position way below my qualifications..so that's my stupidity. But their lack of integrity extends to companies who hire them. So be ware that if the employer found Randstad to be a great place to find their slaves then who wants to work under conditions that makes one be teleported to 1800. More juicy details as I go through this contract I will provide later as i am drained from what they are putting me through right now.
I worked for Randstad for about 8 months, they are by far the worst temp agency I've ever worked for. They are dishonest and do not care about their employees, the company that I was assigned to work treated me better than Randstad, they were very unhappy with Randstad as a company, they have no integrity, underbid their contracts and then expect you to work insanely long hours without compensating you for the extra time needed. I would urge people to do their research before accepting a job with Randstad, they are far worse than the traditional "meat market" temp agency. All I cam do is my part in forewarning you about them. I can certainly attest to most of the postings from the former Randstad employees who have posted here, it's an awful place to work, unless of course you have the ( people do not matter, you are just a vehicle to make us (Randstad) money, and play the phony rah rah lets go Randstad cheering game, otherwise you will not make it at this company. Bottom line STEAR CLEAR FROM RANDSTAD, someone needs to take them to task in court for lying on unemployment claims and unfair labor practices...I have almost a year to file against them, I think a CLASS ACTION lawsuit is in order here, I'm all for letting God sort these guys out and deal with them, but I'm confident that if we all pull together and go after them to put a STOP to this, I'm confident that God will provide the hammer!

This is sridhar, I was worked in Randstad consultancy for Capgemini pvt ltd, past 1 year 6 months am not received last month salary, 2 month before i recieved cheque from capgemini finace team. they ask me send to consultancy, I routed to Capgemini HR Sub con management. they courier to ranstad consultancy. till i received my salary & PF too..

Randstad is ### I send my application in brand ford connecticut to a Lisa who is a recruiting manager. People this pist me off I called this lady three time to get the status on my application and left messages finally I got a hold of her an ask if she check my application for a job I apply for. She told no because she was busy an just came from a meeting rude an mean towards me . Then she told me I was not good enough for the job because I haven't been at a couple jobs long enough that had nothing to do with the jobs that I had work long enough. You know what ###ing this randstad is a scam an Lisa can kiss my black ### racist peace shut people get laid off everyday because economy is fack ed up but you so stupid you cant see past that you fat ugly cow randstad is rude an racist to minority don't waste your time
Randstad isn't returning phone calls. I can't help but notice that on their website "for employers" they have a "contact us", but not on their "employees" page. Hmmm... Two different agents have offered me jobs to work through them. They say they're going to send me "assessment tests". When I check my emails, nothing is sent by Randstad. I call back to confirm the email tests, and they say "call back tomorrow if you don't get the emails". Amazingly, their phones go to voice mail, and in two weeks, none of the several messages I have left get returned.
After reading all the other complaints, it sounds like this is just another SCAM agency, PLEASE FOLLOW UP YOUR COMPLAINTS WITH CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BEURAU. -Such scam companies need to be red flagged. And thank you all for sharing your own problems with this company.
Randstad is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional liars and I really cannot understand why the CEO in GA allows this type of behavior. She needs to clean house or put all of those horrible people on probation. If they do not make changes, she needs to fire them! That agency STINKS!
