misleading free trial
I applied for a free trial of Raspberry Ketone Blast and Cleanse Xtrem food supplement tablets. The promotion referred to a 14 day trial however my account was debited for the full amount of the tablets 14 days after the order was placed this doesn’t allow for delivery and therefore does not provide a full 14 day trial. Upon ordering the tablets, no email confirmation is issued confirming the order or to provide a copy of the terms and conditions and upon receipt of the order there was not accompanying invoice or again a copy of the T&Cs or details of how to cancel etc.
I have also noted that the full price that the company charge US customers is e.g $99 is not the same as the uk which is also £99, doesn’t take into account exchange rates, how is this fair?
Is it possible to get this company to refund any charges?

Unauthorized billing
I was stupid enough to order Raspberry Ketone Blast and Cleanse Xtrem on the internet. I understood that it would be a 14 day trial and I paid £9.90 for the pleasure. My order duly arrived, however it was a supply for a month. Silly me, I thought perhaps the company had revised the offer. On checking my bank statement recently, I discovered that my account had been debited by £95 for the raspberry ketone and £89 for the cleanse xtrem. I sent two emails to the company, neither of which was even acknowledged.Today. 28/4/14, I telephoned the company and was told that as I hadn't...

Scam
Ordered Raspberry Ketone Blast from a Pop Up Ad which promised results, and a free trial of their product.
Alarm bells should have rung, but a free trial ia a free trial, what's to lose, right?
WRONG! After paying the postage fee of approx £5.00, after 14 days they charged £95.00 to my Debit card, and then 14 days later they charged another £95.00, before I noticed.
When I called them, they would not accept return of the original (unopened) product, as I had it for more than 30 days in my possession. They would accept return of the 2nd (unopened) product, however they will obnly refund £75 as £20 is a 'restocking fee', plus I have to return the product to 1285 Baring Boulevard #297, Sparks, NV 89434 - so I'm sure the postage will be ridiculous from the UK. Plus, it has yet to be seen if I will actually receive a refund. They have promised no further charges, but I'll also believe that when it happens.
The robotic Indian gentleman in the Call Centre I got through to, advised that I must have agreed to the charges, however, the way they scam you is that when you access their pop up ad, this is not linked to their main website, and so there is no information regarding their further charges. So, when they then direct you to their main website, there is the information, 'We will charge you £95.00 for a tiny bottle of probably worthless pills" (my poetic licence at work here) clearly if anyone reads that, they would have no takers.
Be warned.
I have learned my lesson, steer clear of anything that promises a free trial.
Ive been scammed with the exact same scam. Luckily my bank are looking into it for me and said if I claim products not received they should be able to get my money back for me. This is what I advise for you. I got charged twice too for different bottles that suppose to work together... hmmmm
