Incorrect procedures

I am with Resolution Medical aid and had a colons copy etc done. Please note this was done in his rooms and the medical aid said it was all paid for there
Before going to doctor I had to get authorization which i did on the 16/17.11.2015. I got a call from the doctors accounts department to say we owed them x amount. on phoning Resolution I discovered that they had paid this out my savings. I was fuming I phoned and have requested the voice recordings since January and up till today I have not had one person being able to supply me with it. Not once on that voice recording did they say I would have to out of my savings otherwise i would have opted to go to hospital and do the co payment. As i knew I only had x amount in the savings which was not enough to cover the doctors fees etc. I am wanting resolution to pay the balance and not deduct this out of my savings for this year. I now need to go back to the doctor but am too ashamed
Incorrect information given
Last week I phoned in to get information with regard to cancelling my medical aid. At the time the computers were down and the service person could not give me the required information. However she did tell me to email after the 7th of the month to have my medical aid cancelled for the end of April. Today when I phoned back I was told that I was supposed to email before the 7 and I would now be charged for an extra month. When I requested a supervisor I was told that he was busy and would phone back. This was at nine thirty. By three o'clock he had not phoned back so I phoned again, only to talk to another consultant who told me I didnt listen properly last week and that she said before the seventh. Again the supervisor is busy and unable to attend to my complaint.
