Unauthorized credit card charges
Unauthorized charges. They check my bank account every day and drain it to zero. How do they end up pulling the exact amount / balance that i have from my account every time? I just got paid $76 and what a surprise - Risas just pulled that exact amount from my account right after the deposit this Friday morning, at 5AM. Last week I had a .95 cent balance and you better believe they pulled that from my account the minute they saw it.

Reatiners
I have two daughters that got retainers from Risas Dental. For each daughter and purchased an extra set of retainers, just in case. Both daughters retainers cracked in about 3 weeks of use. We drove to their further location twice only to have their appointment cancelled both times. Finally at one of the girls appointment the tech said "oh, this time I will make the retainer in the thicker material". What? I was thinking why didn't they make it in the thicker material to begin with? This set of retainers was to replace the set that they gave us that ended up being someone else's retainers. They were not going to replace the broken set, they said I had to pay for those again. 😡
Desired outcome: Replace both daughters retainers that broke because they were the "lighter material"
Service I paid to get done for my teeth.
On May 22nd at 10:00am at the 51st ave location I was scheduled to get 2 fillings and 1 temporary crown for a broken tooth. The dentist that did the work on me was Dr.Ann Yasso. This is very too much of the manage system of dental services in phoneix. If you know what I mean.
First of all, I felt very angry as a customer to risas. I sent my elder and youngest daughters to use their dental service and even orthodontic service which my elder daughter has to pay $3, 000 for three year bracing service in cash. And the rest is both with insurance coverage.
The incident is that I am 52 years old female. I recently tried to use my cigna dental insurance to enjoy my twice a year teeth cleaning service. But all I got is refusing provide cleaning service to me, in fact the dentist gave me a proposal at $1, 300 teeth treatment cleaning. Wowoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. I do not total wake up. Not until after three weeks, I think that is a very rude suggestion. I don't smoke, I don't drink coffee and I brush my teeth quite often and just like regular adult take care of the teeth.
I think that is ridiculous and hilarious of this situation. I meant how can risas treated a customer like that, since I and my daughters have made choice of using dental care service with them. Now, I am very sad.
They are not care of dental care for community family, I do not know what kind of business they are doing, now were have to stick with them for at least years, cause the other is even worst! Amen.
And I have no cleaning teeth. Awh... Treatment.
