I am one, or was one, of Roni Deutch's customers in a new center that just opened in my area. I made a business call to their corporate center and spoke with Russell Deutch. The man was offinsive, aggressive and extremely rude while yelling at me. I was asked to call them from a company I represent and was treated horribly by Russell Deutch. To have hi...

Roni Deutch Tax Center Unprofessional

Russell Deutch husband of Roni is a very rude, unprofessional, offensive person. On a simple business call to him I was yelled at degraded and hung up on. If this is how the top management treats people, and yes I used them for the first time last year, how does anyone expect any better from the employees if their boss is a jerk. I highly suggest staying far away from this company. Please read other reviews. My experience today emphasises what a poor poor company they are.

I have used these ladies in the past 8 years as have some of my business acquaintance's and friend whom I have recommended and they are as good as they claim to be. In fact, if it wasn't that they each had other retirement income to supplement them...I am sure they would have to charge more. They aren't cheap, but they as well are not outrageous for the work they do. For instance they ask for $ 750.00 down as a rule because they state very few issues take less than 5 hours to handle; by the time they speak with a client, call the tax agencies federal or state, get Power of Attorneys signed then make the deals. They earn every dime, in San Francisco you would pay 2, 500 for the same service. What u pay upfront it is a retainer and they bill back up against it..they claim n I believe them based on my 8 year history with them that EVERYONE ENDS UP IN A BETTER PLACE THAN THEY ARRIVED. In fact, I believe they cut the best possible deal available. You might not like their answers but what you get is the TRUTH FROM THESE 3 LADIES. Then they work with you and your lifestyle to try and find a solution, trust me if there is one to find Lesley Bunning and her crew of retired IRS officers will find it..they even let you make payments. Thank You TNC some one is honest in this industry.

ALERT SCAM!
To Every Person in Trouble with taxes read this first, yes it is true most of the time and I am ashamed to say there are very few of us that do an honorable job.
I do not know about being yelled at I only know in general what to look for when hiring anyone to represent you (not specific to the profession I posted this under just in general overall good advice)and this is my experience being in the field for over 25 years.
I AM A TAX NEGOTIATION EXPERT FROM A SMALL FIRM IN CALIFORNIA AND WE HAVE BEEN HELPING people all over the US for many years. When you judge people with tax problems you should be careful; this can happen to anyone. Bad things happen to good people we see it every day…and then they go for help because they are scared and desperate and very vulnerable and a big fancy tax resolution firm takes their money in the 1, 000s and runs with it. These people end up in worse shape than when they started because this industry believe it or not is unregulated! They need help not criticism.
I wish I could take out a billboard and this is what it would say...
TAX PROBLEMS? DO NOT PAY ONE DIME TO ANYONE UNTIL YOU CHECK THEM OUT. Go to Complaintsboard.com type in the name and see what their clients have to say about the company.

This industry in the last 4 years is rampant with fraud this is the new game in town...they tell already scare people that they can do an Offer in Compromise just send in let’s say $ 3, 200 dollars and we will do an OFFER and if its accepted you will pay pennies on the dollar.

That is true, if you have a good offer candidate that fits the OFFER formula. What they don’t tell you is that 95% of them are rejected because of these big TAX Resolution Mills on TV and Radio every 10 minutes with misleading promises.

You need to know absolutely everyone can do an OFFER, but guess what not everyone can qualify that is the secret Qualification standards. How they work is this they take the money, take your info, drop it in by non-experts just data entry and send it off. It gets rejected in about 6 weeks and BUMMER they tried you lose but HEY for another $ 2, 500 they can appeal the offer.

Yep, and they have been getting away with it so far; till today some of the biggest ones were targeted and are in big lawsuits for fraudulent practices and it’s about time. OUR INDUSTRY is unregulated, can you believe it?

Anyway, I have a Tax Negotiation Center we are a very small boutique team of 3 retired ladies with a staff of 7 who came out of retirement to help people who have these types of overwhelming problems with the IRS and the states.

I am a fairly well know local Negotiator in the newspapers and articles and my 2 partners are award winning IRS Retired 30 yr.Revenue Officer Barbara Corona and Rachelle Reynolds an IRS OFFER Expert for over 20 years inside the IRS curtain she has her ways of quietly winning everything she touches.

We three have never not once in our jobs of representing our clients before the IRS ever lost an Offer in Compromise because we prequalify them before
we ever send our offers in. If our clients don’t qualify we work with them until they do fit the formula...always doing so legitimately.

If you would like a list of what questions to ask and what to look for when trying to HIRE A person to represent you just email me Lesley Bunning at my home email at les233@gmail.com or go to our website and email Barbara and Rachelle thru the contact page there...I prefer mine at my personal as I answer mine in the evenings. www.taxnegotiationcenter.com

When you email in the subject line write COMPLAINT and I will know what it is and get you what you need, if you dont have email then someone gave you this have them send an email with your phone number and we will call you.
Thank You
