bad tenant
I was involved in the renting of a pub to rose ellen bennett. This was the blue bell in gateshead. The owners of the pub are ademeral taverns. Rose ellen and her staff were in the pub for approx two years, then she stopped paying rent and eventually abandoned the pub. When we secured entry we were saddened to find the pub and flat were derelict, frankly destroyed. And over run with rats! So, she fled in the dead of night owing over 5, 000/£ in back rent, and it cost over -£10, 000 to make the property even rentable again, still today the pub is regularly visited by police, bailiffs, hmrc officials looking for rose ellen, if you are contemplating any kind of financialdealings with rose ellen bennett. Aka rose ellen forster. Aka rosie bennett,. Avoid at all costs, do some research on google, clearly a scammer, fraudster etc, we lost heavily, learn by our mistakes
She also rented another bar, BUSTERS STEAK HOUSE, this suffered the same fete as the blue Bell, destroyed ! Filthy, . Rat infestation, the local authority removed OUR LICENCE until we agreed we would UNDER NO CORCOMSTANCES RENT A BAR TO ROSE ELLEN BENNETT

Rose ellen bennett wrote a book 'the truth will find you' {available on amazon and most book retailers}, in this book she claimed that as a child she was sexually molested by her father, I have photographed the chapter in question, shocking, vile, yes, but recently in one of her many drunken rants I challenged her as to the truth about this and she finally admitted, she was lying about the whole episode, I asked, but why would you do this to your own father, how could you do this to your own father, her answer, to sell more copies of the book!
This woman put her father in the hands of the police for the most horrific and almost unimaginable reasons on earth, she shows not a single slither of remorse or regret for doing this, her only goal was more cash, and when it comes to cash, not one person in the world will stand between her and the cash she craves, not her marriage, not her family and sadly, not even her young son. This is the real rose ellen bennett aka rose ellen forster, and these are the lies she invented about her father to promote her book, but the one thing I find most shocking? The book is still on sale today, and she is still profiting from this, today!

When I moved here to spain with my wife {Rose ellen bennett} my Father came with me to live here also, he was in receipt of his state pension and an additional pension from the mineworkers pension scheme. at some point Rose Ellen had convinced my father to have this pension paid into her UK Barclays bank account. In july of 2016 my father became no longer eligible for this pension so rose ellen told me it had indeed been cancelled and she showed me an 'email' to that effect!
It transpires that this is not so, and she infact carried on claiming this pension until her Barclays bank account was forcibly closed in may of this year following an investigation by barclays regarding a property scam she was apparently involved in, they then, as banking regulations dictate, sent her paper copies of every bank statement from when she opened the account up until it was closed. This paperwork I found yesterday hidden in the house along with more and more seemingly fraudulent material. When rose ellen stole cash from me and fled the area, she clearly forgot to destroy / take with her this and other incriminating paper work. the amount she collected was approx 470 pounds per month, from the time my father became none eligible to the time her account was forcibly closed she has pocketed over 10, 000 pounds on this fraud alone I am currently working with the admins of this pension scheme and uk authorities to ensure that when she is found she faces justice for this and many other offences,
