Did not get what I paid for
I purchased a teacup Yorkie from Scott on May 21, 2014. Of course, his invoice required me to pay the entire amount due up front on paypal. I stupidly did so. These people are NOT breeders. They buy their dogs from breeders and resell them. They bought mine from Lilla Willingham, 630 Lower Pine Hill Rd. Russellville, AR 72802 according to her paperwork.
