Secpac global Relocation services

WARNING!
What ever you do stay away from these guys. They have done nothing but lie and cheat. We have ended up paying a lot more than the initial quotation even though they came to our house and saw what we had. We moved from Dubai to Doha.

They said my car would take 5 days. It took almost 50 days. They kept on saying it was a queue at the border, this was just lies. When it finally came the door had a big dent in it. We were told they would pay (they still haven't)

They were suppose to store our things until we sorted a new house out. On 14th of March we told them we need our things on 1 April . Jerrin wrote an email back saying it would leave Dubai within a week. Guess what Naila said when it's the day before it should arrive? its in a queue... We asked for drivers number but she didn't want to give it so we knew she was lying. Finally we got the number and luckily we have a friend that speaks Hindi . Driver said (this was on the 6 April ) he is just finishing packing the truck in Dubai .

When finally at the border in Saudi he called and said he needed us to come to border 100 km away and pay because he has no money.
Two days after that he finally showed up didn't speak a word of English and it's was only him... I don't unpack or unload he said! We called and spoke to both Naila and Usman, again they had been lying to us and are now said it was not included even though we have door to door with unpacking and rubbish removal on the quote to prove this.

They have no integrity. No one calls back when they say they will, Jerrin stopped answering the phone long time ago, Naila has no limit for the lies she can tell and Usman sometimes answers but is not much better.

Secpac global SECPAC global services

NEVER USE SECPAC Global for your moving or shipping needs.

This company is unprofessional and unethical - a bunch of crooks. I contracted them for a move from Dubai to Izmir, Turkey. The contract was clear: door to door shipment, in 30-35 days, no extra charges. I asked for quotes for Istanbul and Izmir, they said that Izmir was 50% more expensive, but since it was closer to my house, the cargo absolutely had to go to Izmir. So I prepaid for that. It took the cargo 3 MONTHS to arrive. As it turned out it went from Dubai to Singapore, Italy, Crete and then arrived in Istanbul. It never went to Izmir. From Istanbul it was trucked to Izmir by their local partner, at which point their local partner informed me that I had to pay all the shipping line, port and customs charges again, as SECPAC global did not pay those to them, and that they would not deliver my cargo or return my passport they were holding for customs clearance purposes, until I paid those charges. Moreover, those extra charges they quoted were higher than the entire initial door to door quote from SECPAC.

When I contacted SECPAC for an explanation and referred to our email exchange as proof that they have written to me very specifically that it was a door to door quote with no extra charges, SECPAC accused me of lying and fabricating their very own emails!

I have seen several negative reviews of this company online, but last year new management took over, so I was hoping that under new management things would change. Obviously, things got even worse. Now Jerrin Johnson Zachariah and Mahadaven will have to personally answer to the courts for fraud.

I am filing a lawsuit against SECPAC in Dubai.

Stay away from this company!

Secpac global Missing cargo/ bad service

My name is Najemoeniesa Goolam and I have used the above mentioned companies services for packing and cargo services from Dubai to Cape Town in December 2012. Despite trying to follow up on my cargo several times I have been unsuccessful and it seems no one at the company is being helpful in trying to assist in this matter. I am even unable to get a tracking number from them. Even calling them does not seem to help.
I would like to know how to proceed in this matter as reading some of the reviews which I had not previously seen this company has a reputation in bad service and they should really not be operating in the first place. Am surprised they still exist.

DO NOT USE these people.
I contracted them to move me from Dubai in December to Vietnam, i was told it would take 6 weeks. After 9 months and i lost count of how many emails, phone calls and any other form of communication i received my personal belonging. However i had to pay out of my own pocket the same amount of money again as they say my original quote was not correct.
When i eventually got my items the amount of items that were broken, smashed or even better not even there.
This company are the biggest cowboys i have ever dealt with.

So save yourself the stress and problems and cash and stay well clear
of them.

Hi all, I'm also having the same problem with southeast shipping company in Dubai, after reading some of your comments I'm not surprise anymore for they had done to my shipping. Most of my stuff came broken or damaged not good to use anymore, they charged for a whole box of electronics then I receive an email telling me that is not permitted to ship after I left the country and my whole box of 3 laptops, 2 Xbox, 2 iPads. I had to call one of my friend and ask her to keep it with her . However this company is sucks very unprofessional they should close it for ever

I am in the same situation. My whole life is in a container somewhere in the world. It was packed in Dubai in December and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to be delivered to Vietnam. 4+ months later i have nothing.
I have sent multiple emails and now getting no replies. I have made multiple phone calls and all i have had from Naila is total lies and more lies.
Now i have been given another name to email and am on the 6th email to them and still no reply.
I have even asked if my things are still in Dubai i am happy to get another company to go and get it to make sure i receive my personal things. As yet i have had nothing from any of them.
I am hoping that i receive it as many irreplaceable things in there :(

I would really like to know the outcome of the stories above. Did you ever get your shipments people.

My shipment from Dubai to London has been pending for three months now. I don't know what to do. I have everything in that container! Bedding, clothes, furniture... You name it. :-(

I'd like reassurance that it will arrive in the end, but the company have not been getting back to me. Can anyone help?

Same case happened to me too.
I have been ripped off by this unprofessional company (Southeast Shipping llc) and I totally regret that I have dealt with them.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL..

Hi All,
I made the same mistake and shipped my furniture using Southeast, they quoted me for end to end (including origin and destination port charges) and they claimed the whole shipping duration will be (32-34 days) its been more than 2.5 months, and I still have not received my furniture. On top of that, they are asking me to pay the destination charges again and giving me lame answers when I ask why. I have managed to get in contact with some unsatisfied customers too, and will be filing a case to Dubai customer right. I recently moved to australia from dubai and shipped through SECPAC. They faltered over everything. From the packing which was substandard to false claims and lastly not paying money owed to me. They still owe me in exceed of AUD $ 500 and plus damages that were done to my personal belongings were not covered under the insurance. As they took the money from me for comprehensive coverage of my personal items they changed their stance even though i had complained in advance that the quality of the packing was very very poor and they needed to fix it before my belongings were shipped out. Please do not do business with them.

I made the mistake of using Secpac. I was promised 4-7 working days to delivery. It is now 19 days later. I have phoned and emailed multiple times. My requests for a tracking number have been met with 'this afternoon'. 'This afternoon' never seems to come and it has now been 4 days. I have begun procedures to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs in Dubai; however do not hold out much hope. I have tried to request the return of my belongings from Secpac but have been told they are already with the carrier, yet they are unable to provide a tracking number. I have no idea where my belongings are or if I will ever receive them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I used SECPAC for my move from Dubai to USA. The quoted transit time for the shipment was 33-37 days. Its been 4 months, and I am still awaiting my shipment.

This level of unprofessionalism and poor follow up with my valuables is appalling, especially since I had paid upfront for a premium door-to-door service.

I would NOT recommend anyone to use them EVER!

They took 4 month to deliver my goods, which I no longer needed as it was baby clothes which I already bought. Everything came in damaged state, on delivery I was charges 500 GBP (round 833 USD) otherwise I will not get my box.
I have included the few images of the goods how they've arrived. All fragile things were broken and all clothes got covered in tiny glass particles, which I could no longer use as it was kids wear. I have packed everything so well in vaccum-pack bags to make sure everything arrives clean and tidy. Instead I got all this and a bill to pay.
