misbehaved from a security guy.
One of your security guy has midbehaved and used wrong comments in Al Manaa building which is located in Najma, besides toyota tower. Iccident date is 14/08/2018, and the time was around 7:00 pm. In December 2014 I submitted two payments to Avongate and they were to forward such payments to Prime Technologies, since Avongate was their agent (according to Prime Tech). IN February 2015 I was advised by Prime Tech that they did not receive my payments from Avongate. I told them that I did and surprisingly they did have documentation indicating payments were made but they did NOT receive the money.
So Prime Tech wanted me to pay them directly for this computer security service. I advised them that when I get the refunds back from Avongate I will do so.. I also reminded them that basically this is their responsibility with Avongate because of the contractual commitments they had with hem. I am now being informed by Prime Tech that their contractual commitments with Avongate has been terminated and because of that they are unable to receive my money simply because Avongate has failed on their bargain to process the money through.. I told them that if and when I get a refund from Avongate I will then forward such payment directly to them.
I have now called Avongate three times since February and was practically given the same message. They will process the refund as soon as possible and I should be getting the refund in 4-6 days.. I told them this is not the first time I called and was then advised that I must have been talking to someone else. I tried to get this person's name but she hung up on me.
So now I am being pressured by Prime Tech for this payment.
Harrassment
Same as posted, In addition to clients female staff by security management having sexual advancements made on them such as you have a fill in the blank and so on. When management is not there and then directly lying to there face. Then laughing at them when they walk away. Only if they knew or even cared, maybe management should implanted spies like in undercover boss.
I must preface this account with the following details: Unfortunately, due to the economy, I have been an employee for this company for over four years. I do not have any written reports against my name, and I have recently provided my two-week notice of resignation. Although I have been unfairly treated in the past by this employer, which includes upper management, I decided to extend courtesy by providing a two week notice of my resignation. However, this courtesy was failed to be extended back to myself, and I was told to not complete my remaining balance of working days. I was appalled by the audacity of these individuals to choose for me to not complete my final employment dates.
Feel free to research this company; they have numerous complaints against them, sexual harassment lawsuits, and poor employee reviews. I am shocked that more clients do not terminate their contracts with U.S. Security Associates, INC. and switch to a more quality service provider. U.S. Security Associates Inc. hires just about anyone, and I mean ANYONE. The company provides poor benefits, little to no promotional opportunities, no raises, no incentives or positive feedback for its employees to provide quality service.
Furthermore, management lacks professionalism. Numerous employees have been subjected to their valid complaints being ignored, to passive aggressive behavior, to unfair treatment, and to feel as if they need to settle for such injustices! While working for this company over the years, I have witnessed good employees being wrongfully terminated while other employees who happened to be favored received preferred treatment! It became blatantly apparent that in order to "succeed, " one needed to place his morals on the backburner, turn a blind eye to bad behavior, and placate poor management.
When is enough actually ENOUGH? Current and previous employees of this company need to UNITE and have a voice. Voice your dissatisfaction, proclaim NO MORE, and stand firm in your beliefs that every employee is ENTITLED to fair treatment, to have his valid concerns addressed and rectified, and to be respected. Individuals need to be held accountable for bad behavior, and management needs a complete re-structuring from ground up!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

We provided security guard services at one of his dealerships (belle glad chevrolet) and we sent accounts payable two invoices for services rendered and Doug Plattner hides and plays the going back and forth game with no intention to pay his bills.
