Lack of response after signing contract
In September 2009 I was approached by Michael Gross of Sky Blue Solutions to "rent out my timeshare". Via email and fax I signed a contract on 10/01/2009 for advertisement #1300. I paid the entire amount via American Express. NUMEROUS phone calls from both myself and American Express have been made toSky Blue Solutions, doing business as United Resort Marketing . In the rare occurance that someone answers the phone they say every one is "out in the field" and someone will get back to us. They never do. Typically however, an automated message says: to leave a message. Once my credit card was charged, no one has ever returned a phone call.

Fraud/Scam
This company is like apparently a number of other ompanies, many of which are in Florida, that advertise that they will sell your timeshare when all they do is collect money upfront and then continue to tell you that a sale is imminent with nothing ever really happening. In fact, after the initial contact when they are "very customer friendly", subsequent calls to the company, and specifically to the rep who initially made the sales, go to an answering service which promotes "dedicated sales reps that will get back to you as soon as possible". Needless to say that is NOT the case as it may be several weeks before you hear back from anyone and when you do it is "we have someone identified and it should close within a week". Personally I have gotten that message far too many times with nothing ever really happening.Fortunately, there are offices in the Florida government, including the Attorney General's office, that are making efforts to identify these companies and their fraudulent scams. And, apparently, there has been some success in getting folks their monies back. Based on my experiences with Sky Blue Solutions, as well as some of the experiences of others who have posted to this site, this company should be one that is investigated. Moreover, I would tend to agree with some of the other postings about the positive comments, i.e. I would be very suspicious that these are being made by Sky Blue Solutions' employess, relatives or others that have a vested interest in the company as the negative postings truly represent the type of scam that I have experienced.
CON MEN AND WOMEN
I WORKED THERE...UNTIL I FOUND OUT WHAT THEY ARE...LIARS AND CROOKS..I WORKED THERE AND THEY DID NOT EVEN PAY ME WHAT THEY OWED ME..THEY ARE THE LOWEST KINDA ### WHO EXPLOIT THERE HARD WORKING TELEMARKETERS...THEY EVEN TELL YOU TO LIE TO THE CUSTOMER AND SAY THEY ARE SHOWING YOUR TIMESHARES TO COMPANYS WHO WANT TO BUY THEM...THERE r no companies...they LIE...ITS ALL ###...THEY DO NOTHING...MAYBE SOMETIMES THEY WILL POST IT MOSTLY NOT..AND WHEN U WORK FOR THEM THEY DONT PAY YOU WHAT THEY OWE YOU...ROB AND ALL THOSE GUYS ARE JUST BIG CON MEN

This is a very commin practice with Buisness today but in the last week I found that State Police and the FBI along with the IRS are going after many of these location around the United States for frauding people cases have to be made and that takes time. I give a big thumbs up for our Law Enforcement.
Time Share Sale
This company is a fraud, they are all talk and no action. The claim they will sell your timeshare within weeks and persuade you to pay them 799.00 upfront for their services. I fell for it thinking they might be legitimate, and wanting to get rid of my timeshare I figured I would take the chance. The person that conned me into this was Steven Taylor, he is an ***hole. Don't fall for this company's selling tactics, they have no intention of selling your timeshare, all they want is your money. Hopefully one day all of their employee's will get the unfortunate circumstances that they truly deserve.

Liars and Decievers
What Deceivers... an employee actually admitted to posting the fake remarks on here, GO to the complaint with the subject "Misleading Company" and you will see what she said. How dumb is that? I guess she is just following orders. lol :-) For anyone who is considering this company it is your sole descion. But for everyone who is wondering if this company...

Sky Blue Solutions did everything for me! I would have to say that Sky Blue has very effective marketing methods. I signed up with a company a couple years back and I recieved no information on the movement of my property. I was contacted by Sky Blue Solutions about selling my property. I admit i was kinda worried because of past experience's with the other company. Sky Blue ensured the sale of my timeshare and thats exactly what the did. Delivered me a sale. Thanks Sky Blue!

there is no signing over power of attourney or anything. the deed is done, my timeshare is sold now.
time share sell
I was just contacted by a representative from sky blue solutions about selling or renting my timeshare in Orlando. The message sounded convincing, but, I am hesitant to pay up-front for this service. I see many satisfied customers on this site and I am tempted to let them sell my timeshare. But, I enjoy swapping my condo every year for either points or going on a nice vacation. This is a tough decision.

Appears to be a Fraud.
Once you sign the contract you will never hear from them again. When you call them, IF a human being answers, your rep is "out of the office". I have made numerous calls, sent emails, gotten American Express involved, etc. and have never in two years heard back from them. By the way, American Express cannot help you once you sign the contract. They are not a legitimate group.

I am very pleased with Sky Blue and their marketing tactic's. My property was sold just like they stated. I would refer them to ANYONE trying to sell/rent there timeshare.
Sky Blue Solutions is far from a fraud. They are very effective at what they do. Im sure if you have a little patients with the selling/renting of your vacation property it will turn out for the better.
bluewondering- I WOULD SIGN UP WITH SKY BLUE IF I WERE YOU IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR TIMESHARE SOLD/RENTED. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO AND I ENSURE YOU THAT YOU WILL BE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE.
I have just been contacted by Blue Solution and not sure if i need to sign up to sell my timeshare property? does anyone have anything positive to say about Blue Solution?
I too have found that they are not returning emails, phone calls, etc. (when they answer the phone which is rare). I have disputed the claim with AMEX.
well did you ever get ahold of skyblue?
What did you decide to do? I was approached too, and after much debate decided to pay upfront. They have not been responsive since receiving my payment, so I am getting nervous even though it has only been a couple of weeks. I will definitely alert authorities and challenge the charge with AMEX if it goes much longer with no response.
I will post an update if things change.

Thanks for all the negetive and positive feedback. I will be going through with Sky Blue to get my timeshare sold. You people have to learn one day even the best compaies have negetive press. I believe that my property will sell.

Everyone needs help in some way shape or form. Sky Blue Solutions did more then help us but exceeded our expectations on the rental of our timeshare. Very fast easy process. God Bless all of you that worked our marketing.

I'm coming on here a little bit early to give you some feedback on what we thought of your services. Me and my wife would have to say we have no complaints with Sky Blue Solutions. We recently signed up with them for some rentals of vacation propperties. Many offers have came across the table but we decided to defer the offer's. Since it has been so soon we will just wait on some more offers and see what comes across. Thanks Sky Blue.

I own a engineer company here in NY and we recently went to the trade show in Orlando, FL and purchased a timeshare from Sky Blue for myself and th company. Thanks for the extra attention you have giving me about learning everything there is to know about my timeshare.
I am glad that I do not have anymore problems dealing with my timeshare due to Sky Blue Solutions renting out my timeshare this year and every year. Thanks for the phone call and educating me on the fact that I can make my Timeshare a money maker not a money taker.

I recently signed up with Sky Blue Solutions to rent my timeshare that I recieved from my parents. I have seen some negetive press also positive press. I will remain with Sky Blue because I believe that it will rent soon enough. I will return to this board to renew the status of the outcome.
