Southern Management Systems Leasing

Very rude and unprofessional. My son called to get information on his account to make payment arrangements. Staff told him he have to pay the full amount. My son wanted to speak with the manager but was told by the same rude dude that he is the manager and then hung up on his face. This company have been sued 6 times for unlawful practices. They should be trying to work out something with people that are trying to pay so they can keep there rude employees employed. I tried calling myself she wouldn't even give me her name let alone her managers name. She must be embarrassed to work that minimum wage job
