I filed a complaint last week and I have received no response. I need a receipt for reimbursement of room fees. We booked rooms at Silken Rambla Hotel in Barcelona during 24-30 May 2009 via Spainbookers.com and did not get a receipt for the room fees. I am searching on the internet for reviews on Spainbookers.com as I've just booked a football match ticket at Camp Nou via Spainbookers.com. After chatting with my brother, he reminded me to better reserach abit on this website to make sure it is legitimate. I wonder if you have experiences in booking other activities via Spainbookers.com and did they deliver?
