Deduction of membership not only once but quarterly basis
I was so dis appointing with their service, i felt like cheated!not only once but many times...im trying to call them but no one pick up the phone, i emailed them and replied it was a membership thats all their explaination.I want a refund starting July 2014 till now 6x88.70=532.20 because im not aware until today only. 09 Dec 2015 this is the latest they deduct on me. They charge me for fake subscription
Several weeks ago I noticed two unauthorized charges from the company StreetDeal. They took about $200 and I didn’t understand for what. I called to this company and asked to explain it, and it turned out that it was fee for subscription. I told that I never subscribed for them, and the rep hung up on me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
Charging without authorised
I had made a purchase from Street Deal, authorised to deduct but few days later realised that there is another deduction, when check with Street Deal, I was told it was for so called "Premium" membership. Wrote to them but all they say it's terms and conditions stated. Street Deal is definitely a cheating company and I do not understand why bank allow to deduct amount when we did not authorise them to do so.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i also get cheated for this stupid premium membership!
Streetdeal using credit card info for dispute transaction
22 May, I received sms from cimb notify that my card been charge for rm149 from streedeal Singapore. I don’t receive any tac for the transaction and I am confidence that I don’t make any transaction that time.
This make me worry to use card for any transaction after this. How can streetdeal simply use my card? I always do online transaction and normally I will received secure tac. But the transaction on 22 May doesn’t require any tac and simply deduct rm149 from my card.
Streetdeal save customer credit card info. Streetdeal is a fraud company. i am very sure that i not the only one who face this issue

I'm one of the victim too, the streetdeal claims that I have agree on the term and condition of being changing of RM149 as premium membership and they told me is not refundable and should read carefully regarding the term and condition. Bad customer service attitude, I think is useless to talk to them.
p/s: My friend teach me everyday go google.com and search for streetdeal then press their adv in google search, Google will charge them RM0.50 each click.
I m one of the victims too.. I was shocked when I received the sms yesterday on the unknown charge of rm149 where I never authorised the payment. Called their office many times since this morning but nobody picking up the call. .. anybody plan to go to their office?
im current also facing the same issue.. rm149 as well from street deal, i canceled my card and ask for a new one to be sent, and worst is today is the weekend and im not able to contact their customer services. what happen to yours?
I just buy something from streetdeal and suddenly to y shock n surprise, i was billed an additional of $88 in credit card bill. I did not opt for any other premium member. How can streetdeal just deduct my money in the bank. Anybody out there encounter and wanna complain together?
Feel Cheated
I was been charged for the premium membership and I have wrote in to terminate within the same month. They said refund will be made to me in 2 week’s time but I have waited since Jan13 till today! Call them, no ones pick up. Email replied is always the same message... Very disappointed.
Streetdeal merchants also not very good. The pedicure voucher which I bought, their service level is 3/10. The pedicure staff told me they only earn very little b'coz Streetdeal charged them for commission, therefore their service is like this... omg!

They charge $99 to my card without my authorisation and they promised to do a refund within 7 working days but they did not fulfill the promise and now i am waiting for their email and cannot call through their hotline. They do not reply email as well. SCAM!
Yes I agree with it too. The worst thing is that they quarterly deduct the money from my account. Call the bank and the bank cannot do anything about. What nonsense is that. I am going to report police for that! Call the hotline and nobody answer, sent email and no reply
YES, I totally agree. It the worst website...I bought a bag at 17.90 and was shocked when i saw my credit card being charged for $99.00 without my autorisation.. My question is how can they charge my credit card without my autorised and without my one time pin...I informed my bank that STREETDEAL had mis-used my card...After this incident, I checked through website and realised I'm not the only one who was cheated..STREETDEAL charge the $99.00 under the premium subscription which we are not AWARE. The website is very misleading and alot of doubts...TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE NOT CLEARLY SHOWN...I believe alot of consumers like me were cheated...

I bought the Panasonic Evolta on December 28, 2012. Until now i didnt get my stuff. I did received an email from StreetDeal saying that delivery is delayed because out of stock. Then i receive another email saying stock has come. Will be sent out within 7-14days. 14days come and go. Not even a single glimpse of my stuff.
Its been more than 4 months. I've sent MULTIPLE to Streetdeal (info@streetdeal.my / management@streetdeal.my)
Now i'm spamming in their Facebook. FINALLY i got a response from a human in StreetDeal. He / She says i didnt provide my redemption details. I mean WTF! If i didnt provide, how you guys able to inform me that delivery is delayed? And if i didnt provide, Streetdeal doesnt have the courtesy to email me to ask for it? Just keep quiet about it?
Right now they are doing another Panasonic Evolta promotion, when I DIDNT EVEN GET MY PREVIOUS ORDER FULFILELD
refund not received & bad service
Hi. I have bought leggings for RM22. The seller claimed streetdeal itself didn't provide money to her for her transaction and out of stock. I then claimed the refund from streetdeal and requested for money to refunded back to my streetdeal avcount. I was told it can be done within 48 hours yet I didnt get it even after 8 days now. The worst part is streetdeal never respond to any of 4 follow-up emails I sent nor did they pick up calls. I have posted on their facebook with no luck neither. Also, I have noticed many streetdeal consumers are complaining on their ignorance of calls and mails. I have been calling for few days and none of the calls are picked up.
May I ask sirs kindly look into this as I felt being cheated and frustrated with their unprofessional service as well as there are no other ways to get their attention .

Now what does that mean your company? Before I ask you, would you say, etc. 7-4 working days, but you did not give me tarcking num . After a month you just gave me tracking num. During this period you can not seriously help me deal, until you give me a number, I called to know the whole process, not only did something now sent my address, but also refund your company. Now you have to ask how to deal with a refund or resent once more goods? You did not give me an answer, what is the proof? ? Is not the money to the goods did not have to take? Your company is such as customer services? ? ?

but what of they doing?they don wan to replay me and dun wan to give me the answer of refund money.
Charged $99 for "premium" services with automatic opt-in. Kept credit card details and charged without authorisation. Did not receive Cedele voucher I paid for. Unethical company to avoid.
