Sure Solution $18 Fat Freeze

In general, horrible service would summarise everything.

Bought a $18 streetdeal and knew something was fishy from the start. Nevertheless, booked appointment and was given hard sales pitch about topping up $200 - 600 for fat freeze treatment. Apparently they say that the $18 voucher doesn't include glycerine patch and if I dont use one I will get frostbite. WTF!

At that point, I said I'd leave without anything because I didn't wanna pay. She then started offering 5 treatments for $188 (initially I was supposed to top-up 188 for just 1 treatment!) but I rejected. Then she agreed to provide the $18 treatment and said they would throw the patch for free so "that I can try and see"

Went to room with a China girl who couldn't speak English. SHe applied a machine and the sales girl kept talking for about 20 min. Then they left and when the machine automatically ended at 30 min, no one was around and I had to take the equipment off my body myself. Then the sales girl pushed me further and offered me 10 treatments for 188! I said no firmly and just walked out. Under normal circumstances, I would have taken that offer (quite good since each session costs 18 from 188 originally and you actually see some difference) but I had no mood returning to the creepy centre and the weird sales guys.

In summary, use their coupons only if you are made of steel or else you'll be f**d for sure!

Sure Solution Facial

I bought the facial package with them at Orchard Hotel outlet about 2K. They have other outlet in Raffles Place.
Everytime i go facial, the beautician and consultant will ask me to try new facial and minus one to two sessions of my original facial. They will talk to me while i am in the midst of my facial, it gets very frustrating and lengthen my facial timing. If i refused, they will persuade me till i agree. After my facial, they will talk and convince me about the result of the new facial and ask me to top up my package. I really regret signing package with them. The staff turnover is high i suppose, everytime is a different beautician i never see before. Mostly malaysian. Their skills are not that fantastic.

And if you reject the staff, there is this one staff start showing her talented debate skills, being sarcastic and all...seriously cannot feel safe and at ease. Most importantly, have to make sure that our friends and family do not be the next victims. I hope no one ever be the next victim again...

Hi i would recommend you to complain to CASE by this number [protected] or by this email casetrust@case.org.sg cause i am going to do so too. Their unprofessional behaviour cannot be tolerated. I complained to them before about them keep coming in to my room during my treatment time to sell me stuff. they stopped coming into my room after i complained but i still see them doing the same thing to other customers. There is this once the door was wide open and the staff was standing near the door inside the room saying what...$88. Disappointing behaviour... cannot be trusted...

Sure Solution Dishonesty

I am a student and have previously signed a back treatment package with them. During my last back treatment, they offered a free facial treatment cause of some promotion, the first session was good and they gave me a student price that i think its okay so i signed up. However, in the subsequent sessions, they did not maintain the quality i have received during the first session. There was once after the treatment i got a full breakout. And in almost all of the treatments, the consultants keep coming in to ask want to add this or that. I told them i am a student and that the package i signed was sufficient for me but they still don let me go. I rejected firmly already and they still disturb me. I am really fed up. If this company cannot afford to sign cheaper packages with us in the first place, don offer that la, don after that keep disturbing us and disrupt our privacy. I signed up for the package because that is what I can afford and so they need to learn what is respect. And i roughly counted my treatment sessions, i suspect some of my sessions has disappeared don know where. Once, i discovered that the staff has written wrongly of the treatment sessions that is left and i wonder how many times this has actually happened. I didn't really check each time i signed because i thought i can trust them. Thus it is important that we customers have our own record card that keep track of our sessions which they don have. When you reject buying stuff, they give you a black face and don give a damn about you. Sure solution need to know that when they offend customers like that, they are not going to retain customers and will not be good for them in the long run.

I wonder if there are any organisations that deal with all these c****y businesses. Anyway just make sure that those around you are well-informed so they will not be the next victim!

Something should be done about this! I left about few more treatments with them and shall bear with the nonsensical hard-selling for each of these sessions that left me so stressed up, fed up and angry. snOwball hope that your loved ones and friends know so that they will not be the next victims :)

I am thinking of going to CASE to complaint cause i feel like i have been cheated. But the thing is that the record card is with them. And they can just claim that i counted wrongly. And just because i signed without checking the first few times. They can just claim that i signed already so i should have known. I just hope that more people know about this and there will be no more victims. Our money should be well-spent on things that are worth it!

Furthermore, they asked me to pay the balance of my package when in fact i have long ago paid everything. When the staff of Sure solution showed me the invoices, i knew that something is missing. And when i checked my receipts at home, it was confirmed that i have paid everything. Luckily i kept my receipts and insisted firmly that i have paid everything already. If not, i would have paid more money for nothing. Their system seems not so reliable at all.

Would like to create Warned everyone who is going for a free trial @ whose name (aesthetic wellness to sure solution then to sure aesthetic)
From Google review this company is so bad ! And it’s my mistake not to check before I went down for a complimentary facial
I were asked to go down to do a complimentary facial. So I reached there and fill up the form and was brought to the consultation room or their meeting room? Not sure but asked to do a skin check then they will tell me what skin problem I have. Then follow by asking me to Top up.
Ok, yes I refuse to after answer no for bout 3 times.
They bring me in to the treatment room and I waited 45min for them to cleanse my face then 30min for them to start their treatment.
Is this how they treat customer who doesn’t want to TOP UP?
A beautician came in say to let me try renewal of skin for free.
I say it’s ok, since I didn’t top up anymore so I’m ok not to do.
She mention it’s ok and she just do it for me. While I’m on mask they started selling me the package, which price is to expensive for me so I turned them down and partly because I wasn’t happy with the waiting time. I told them to remove the mask for me telling them I’m in the rush to go back to office . The girl say ok but no she din, she then continue trying to sell me package. Horrible!
Then say can free this n that and use staff voucher.
But I overheard someone outside the room or next door telling the beautician what to do, like how to counter back the customer.
I feel so con! Till i explode I remove the mask myself ! I was brought in to the meeting or consult room again, door close and two of them trying to force selling me the package!
Hello? No money how to buy?
And the pricing they gave like as if boss not around can play with numbers.
From $888 times to $788, $688, $588

Then it happened that my Friend went there before, telling me the same thing “hard selling”
Even force do the treament on her when she mention she doesn’t want to do!
My Friend is currently pregnant and was introduce to do manegtic rod, and as what the beautician face this is treatment for pregnant lady, Can help for shaping of face and body.
NO! Magnetic thing is not safe for Pregnant women !
Now can you see? That this company people doing bulk[censored] thing just to close a deal!
They are not hygiene as well! They didn’t wash or sanitize their hand and Machine before doing treatment on you face!
Just very upset with the incident

i am with sure solution many years now...mainly con and con.. enough for me. i will continue my current package and stop going. EVERYTIME during trmt some 'consultant' will come into the room, many times at inappropriate timing, like when u r steaming your face, or doing extraction... try to ask u to upgrade this, upgrade that. try this try that. the consultant turn over very high. i am with them till now cos the facial pricing seem to be quite cheap and i like some trmt effect. but no no to the selling tricks, at least 3-5beautician for 1 trmt, constantly irritated during the 'relaxing' facial.

Received a marketing call ask me to redeem free facial at sure solution at 1 marina blvd b1-03, double confirm no hard sell so i go try out. After reach there i super regret, staff try to do a face analysis but computer fail, wasting my time half an hour, yet using naked eye to judge my skin saying that my skin got a lot of problem like you having cancer so got to upgrade the free package. I told the staff i come try complimentary facial if good then i consider, but the staff keep pushing me to upgrade say like my skin got a lot of issue, sound even like you never clean your face, only their machine can help me. Being offended i still politely told the staff i still not sure about their service so i do not want to pay for anything, staff still insist that she discuss with manager "with my problem" (in fact my face consider very good), then come back say discount for me, still want me to pay. I immediately told the staff I really not comfortable here with this kind of service, walk out immediately. Staff never apologised yet said if got any problem call them...lol...dun waste your time go there ...never know what they put on your face after you reject their offer

Agree with the negative comments by sure solution. I am their customer and a victim of their marketing or sales talk. They almost tell me to sign package when I have balance left. When I told them I have no money to sign, they gave many lame excuses to trick you sign. Like asking you to sign and delay payment. I.e. Swap credit card first, get cheque and change payment mode to installment. In this you can get points from one credit card. I also have experience of their claim of I have not paid in full and wanted me to pay the balance. I told them I cannot blindly pay and will check my credit card statement. Then they found they misplace receipt and sorry about it. I totally cannot accept this...I still have package with them and will definetely finish them and stop patron them. Please do not sign package that you don't meed. Some treatment are not bad but the way they sell package really rude, lame and irritating.

I suggest people not to sign any packages with them. Dun be afraid of them by not going back for the balance treatments! Dun let them earn so much! Must be firm to reject them. They will also hard sell me from start till the end of treatment and when I dun purchase they gave me black face. They also told me current package not suitable ask me top up to convert. Then in the first why recommend me unsuitable package to me. They kept asking me to add in treatments too by giving huge discount. So it kept me wondering that in fact the treatments could be very cheap. I wanna use finish my package and will not patronise them anymore.

During the treatment, staff keep rotating and coming in to sell their new package and services. Definitely irritated. Told them i'm not interested but they keep going on and on. Until i totally ignore them and did not reply. Treatment ended up taking 2.5hrs. After treatment, brought me to the consultation room and spent another 1hr there trying to pyscho me to sign new package. Said that my current treatment is not suitable and they could convert it to value and i can top up for a 10times new treatment. I told them i'm not keen and ask to convert the current treatment to the new one based on value but they say can't be done. In a nutshell, they r juz trying to make me pay. Got pissed and left and told them that i'm not going to return but these ###s still keep calling me!

Facial took 2hrs, salesperson stood beside me during the process and tried to upsell me for 1.5hrs, even though I've clearly said no, I still got asked "WHY? WHY DONT WANT? ON LAAA, ON LAAAA" for 1.5hrs. And I got the package discount after discount though I rejected and rejected. What kind of sales service is this? Pester and irritate clients until they give up and sign the package? I've been to Sure Solution for 3 or 4 times. Every time they'd ask me to buy something because of this problem or that problem. Enough is enough. No more. No basic etiquette at all. Not going back even though I have 6 times left in my package.

yes, their service really bad .
aspecially the consultan, vvvery hard selling.i am no sure about her name, but i think is Gins(sound like that).
till i am walk in the treatment room.she mouth talk like chicken, very disturd!
even their machine is different than other saloon, but the service is veryyy bad like ###!
customer go the saloon the salonn for relax, is not fo listen the chinken sound.
i will never get back again

I was also at Sure Solutions after buying a 88 dollars package for teeth whitening from Deals.sg. This clinic really has the ### service at all, no one and i mean no one sounded or looked qualified at all to be doing what they are supposed to be doing. This Malay girl at the receptionist was also really rude. Of course, as expected I received the hard-selling sales pitch, which I honestly didn't mind paying for, but apparently the free, out-of-goodwill maintenance treatment that they gave me was part of what I paid for. This is even though I have explicitly mentioned that I will be moving abroad very soon and will be unlikely to return.

This business is disgusting. Their staff, unprofessional. Very bad service. Most importantly, they are dishonest. I will never ever return again... I am even willing to forfeit the 400 dollars I am paying for. Someone please do something about it.

well well...their recording system really SUCKS! They tend to lost your treatment record card EASILY and will just open a new card without even checking your balance treatments! YES they might check later but you may end up signing a new treatment card again on your next visit!

Sure Solution VPL treatment

I bought a Groupon voucher (VPL treatment) from Sure Solution. Used up most of the sessions (total=18 sessions) however the results are not complete. The staff turnover is quite high, I keep seeing new faces all the time. It used to be that we made the appointment then go for the appointment after that, then they decided to change the system so that we make the appointment, and one or two days before they will call us to confirm the appointment. It's quite stupid because we make the appointment about 2 weeks - 1 month in advance, yet we have to keep that day free, sometimes only to know that that appointment is not available only about 1 or 2 days beforehand. On many occasions the appointment that we booked disappeared from their records rather mysteriously. Their staff also have the habit of popping their head into the room while you are inside (and they are not the beautician who is attending to you). And they hard-sell all the time. Not an ethical place.

Please see my complaint post on Sure Solution-Dishonesty. I feel that the only way is too let as much people know about all this. Cause the only way to fight for our own rights is to let no one be the victim anymore.

I have the same problem, they have a super bad attitude, regret of buying package from them. Hope that no one kana "cheated" like us.
