Sure Telecom False advertising deceptive conduct

Sure Telecom through Sure Deal falsely advertised in July misleading consumers. They clearly advertised through Sure Deal website the following: limit of one voucher redeemable per person. Buy an extra five SIMS as gifts. Some people bought up to 3 vouchers. Some did not get vouchers. Others did get the vouchers but were told at later stages that their sims have been cancelled. Basis of cancellation is that company limits the offer only one per household. The customer service was so poor that they will not listen. I had given one voucher to my adult daughter who lives at totally different address. Anyway the condition of sale was per PERSON and not household. I strongly believe that FRAUDULENT companies like this should not operate in Australia. We need better protection as consumers.

Sure Telecom offered 1 voucher per person for a 30 day unlimited mobile usage sim service for $2. All vouchers have been honoured with either the sim service or a refund. The refunds were kindly offered to the customers who either abused the offer and attempted to use more than 1 sim on the offer one after another or because months later the remaining gifted vouchers were terminated and refunded to prevent further abuse of the offer. Many customers are continuing to enjoy the offer, and are still activating new services. Sure Telecom have not deceived any customer in any way and did not falsly advertise an offer. With the claims of misconduct, This is not the case and Sure Telecom have acted professionally whilst handling the large influx of new customers and customer enquiries, activations and refunds and continue to do so.

Sure Telecom Sure Telecom-Sales Commissions due 8 months

I would not have been able to see through the unfair acts of Sure Telecom (www.suretelecom.com.au) until my friend told me that he has not received his sales commissions, which was due for 8 months! I was eagerly waiting for my commission to get credited, because they said that it would be given. Now I know, it will never come. I have quit the job and feel unhappy with the company. It is surely going to come to them full circle!

I have 2 lines with Sure Telecom. When I have line hunt on they charge me $2 for every call diverted! Outrageous!
Also both my phone lines are have been down begining from 26/2/2014 and still have not received any service from them today. 5/3/2014. On their website they promise to have you up and running in 2 days max. HaHa. I have lost over $5, 000 in revenue over this time not to mention the inconvenience of not being able to operate my business..I would not recommend this company at all.

Cold calling pensioners and confusing them into thinking they're Telstra offering a great deal. Phoning and threatening to send large bills to a terminall ill pensioner if he wishes to cease his contract with them. Refusing to phone the requested contact person I guess because that person is not ill or frail.

My terminally ill father also wroughted and ditto thinking it was Telstra.

Do I feel for you - NO as you are one of the con artist who deceived my 83yr old mother into thinking she was talking to someone from Telstra. The whole Sure Telecom company is a wrought. You just became another one of their victims.
