Svetlana Siberians Sold me a sick kitten and took zero responsibility

Svetlana Siberian is a scam with little regard for the health of animals in their possession. All they care about is making money. I want local humane centers in the area to be aware of this fraudulent operation so please share this post. If you know people who could do something about this, let them know.
I found Svetlana Siberians through an online search. Since a few of my family members have allergies, finding a breeder of hypoallergenic cats fairly close to home felt like a prayer answered. That couldn't have been further from the truth.
I purchased a kitten from Deanna, the breeder at Svetlana Siberian, on September 18th. I thought I did my due diligence; I signed a contract that said very clearly that the kitten would be free of disease, was 8 weeks old and had initial vaccinations etc etc.
The THIRD day I had the kitten (Kairi), I had to rush her to the veterinary hospital. The last couple days she had been eating minimally, had diarrhea, and was becoming less and less active. The day I took her in, her diarrhea was so severe that she had become insanely lethargic.I had to check multiple times to make sure she was breathing during my drive to the vet hospital. Kairi did well her first night and following day at the hospital, she was eating just like I do, face down, food all over her face, no care for the weird looks she was getting. I wasn't happy to hear what the vet had to say though. My little kitten was most likely infected with a parasite. A parasite that could only be contracted from other animals or a cattery. Since I have no other pets, it was quite clear the culprit was Svetlana Siberians. To make it worse, there was no way Kairi was an 8 week old kitten. Their best bet was maybe 4 or 5 weeks old.
Since the day I brought Kairi home, I was in touch with Deanna. I emailed her the first day I had Kairi to tell her the kitten had diarrhea and was not eating much. I was told this was caused by stress and all normal, the kitten was in a new home away from her mother and was just adjusting. It made sense to me but I kept updating the breeder just in case. Each time I was told it was nothing to worry about.
When I admitted the kitten to the hospital, I didn't know what to feel. I was worried and sad for Kairi. I was stressed because I had only had the kitten for 2 days and didn't have pet insurance yet and was told I had to put down a deposit that day at the hospital before they could continue to treat her, and I was furious. I emailed Deanna to tell her what was going on. Despite my emotions, I was calm. Firm, but calm. I relayed what the vet had told me, about the parasite and the kitten's age. Her response to me was "I don't know what to say as it is impossible." Impossible?! Are you kidding me. I have medical records showing irrefutably that Kairi was a sick, young kitten and the breeder tried to deny that?! I emailed her from the first day with regular updates on the kitten's eating habits and health. It was very obvious that something was wrong. Deanna then proceeded to tell me not to get any medical testing done on Kairi. She told me to bring her back to spend time with her mom and let her mother nurse her back to health. I don't understand how I could in good conscious have a near death kitten discharged from the hospital, drive her 3 hours to Sunnybrook, and hope that her feline mum could nurse her back to health.
Deanna didn't' care for the condition of the kitten, she just knew that if I had those tests done, they would verify that Kairi had a parasite. And what do you know, she tested positive for the parasite. And not just a little bit, she was infected to the highest degree possible. Despite the care Kairi received, her second day was no better and she had a seizure, which I'd like to add, was in no way linked to the parasite or the antibiotics she was on. The doctor said that no matter how I looked at it, Kairi was a very sick kitten. I had to decide whether I would continue to have her treated, or return her to Deanna and have her care for the kitten. Either way, it was most likely that Kairi would not survive very long.
Those of you who have pets know how much a sick pet can cost. I was unaware and completely blown away when I had to make that deposit the first day. Considering I was falsely sold a sick kitten, I let Deanna know that she would be receiving a bill for the hospital fees. I know I sound angry right now and I am, I was in September too when this all happened. But throughout it all, I was not a '###' about the situation. I spoke to Deanna with courtesy she did not deserve and did my absolute best to keep my emotions out of it. When I discussed hospital fees with her, I offered to pay half just because it was a big bill and it was unexpected for the both of us.
I took Kairi back to Deanna only 5 days after purchasing her. I was sad, I didn't want to argue or fight, so I made sure not to. I shared the invoice of $2900 with Deanna who said she did not have cash and would emt me later. How convenient. I had sent her the amount owed back to me well in advance and she did not arrange the cash. There was not a lot I could do except hope that this woman would accept her fault like an adult and keep good on her promise. She of course did not, saying she would only reimburse me for what I paid for the kitten. 2 days later Kairi died.
In less than 6 days, I spent nearly $4000 because I was wrongfully sold a sick kitten. A poor little kitten that I actually only had for 2 days! Deanna sent me $900 back which was not even the full price I paid for Kairi. To make matters worse, she shamelessly blamed me for Kairi's death, that I starved the kitten and despite my actions, she would pay me back because that is what she promised as though she was the honourable person in all this. I cannot even express my absolute disgust for this poor excuse of a person. I provided Deanna with medical records showing that Kairi was sick BEFORE I brought her home and email correspondences showing that Deanna knew everything as it was happening. Despite all this she had the audacity to point a finger at me for not providing the kitten the necessities of life. I would not recommend getting a kitten from this breeder or doing any sort of dealings with this so called business.
Please do your research and due diligence before getting an animal from a breeder. I don't want anyone to have the experience I had.

What a horrible experience. I thought mine was bad. I'm sorry you went through that. She does try to point the finger at other people though. She did the same to me when Bowser was sick. Saying it was our fault and he needed vet care sooner. She's a pathetic person.

I recently purchased a kitten from SVETLANAS SIBERIANS, due to allergies, I can`t go to my local SPCA in Calgary and just adopt a cat. When I went to go pick him up, my kitten Bowser and his brother each had one eye that was watering and gooby. I asked about it, she said it was nothing, just a kitten cold, and was using normal polysporin in their eyes. Like...
