Terrible company lies about loan acceptance and lies when they replace your direct deposit account number on your W-2 for something of their own account stay far far away from these people they don't respond to calls they were placed my bank account number was something they put on my W-2 they keep saying wait for an email you never get an email you get...

Just like everybody else i tried to file my taxes with this company. BEWARE they literally barely know the basics of tax filing. Anyways i told them to do it this way cause i qualify for it and they insist their right, even after i sent photos of the IRS rules. But i didnt sign the new contract so im good they wont rob me lol. Their idiots over here.

I went online and applied for RAL, they contacted me and said send your w2's. I then sent in my info and they sent me back a contract, i read the contract my taxes were done wrong. I asked them to fix it before we e-file. They said no its correct. I said im going somewhere else and went to turbotax. When i went to efile with turbotax it said i already sent them in. I called taxnetfinancial and said why would they do thay without my consent. They have never got back to me and i havemt recieved any money or communicatio
They worked slowly and still haven't provided the credit
I am sad that I decide to use the services of Taxnet Financial. I have contacted them and the representative said to fill the form and next day I received the email that my application was accepted and I would definitely get the credit. Of course I didn’t and was very disappointed. I called them almost every day and the reps said that they worked on my taxes and advised me to be more patient. I can’t wait any longer and the agents started to avoid me. I don’t know what to do now.
