FRAUD!!!
I went into the mall to check out some tmobile phones and see if there were any deals going on. This ### nick billings the supposed manager of this kiosk told me i was approved to get phones if i paid a $250 deposit which this dick convinced me to pay. A month later i recieved a $400 bill in my name for 3 other #s that he put onto my account that i had...

I have had the unfortunate circumstance of meeting up with this organization. I recently searched for a new cell phone provider because of the sale of Unicel. I spoke with an agent in the South Portland Mall and expressed a need for service into Canada. I explained that on my Unicel line I have a service called Canada as Home and I get all Canadian calls free, no roaming, no long distance. I pay $10.00 a month extra for that service. I was told that T-Mobile has the same service but a little different pricing. I would have to pay an extra $5.00 a month and I was quoted $.07 cents a minute for calls into Canada, $.07 cents a minute while in Canada calling out of Canada and $.14 cents a minute while in Canada calling another number in Canada. I accepted this and signed the contract. I paid for the two new phones I needed and started using the phones on a Friday. On Saturday I signed up for the T-Mobile online account manager and found, to my horror, that the fees were in fact $.69 cents a minute for all Canadian calls plus roaming fees. I immediately contacted T-Mobile and was advised that the Mobile Solutions account rep had lied to me, that the online rates were the real rates. I instantly canceled the service, only having the phone for two days, and was assured by Mobile Solutions that there would be a complete refund and that I would not be billed as this was certainly their fault.
I have been HARASSED DAILY by T-Mobile for a bill that started out at well over $200.00 and is now down to $110.00. I refuse to pay this fee as I was ASSURED by Mobile Solutions management that they would handle this and I would not have to pay. This started in December of 2017 and it is now march of 2017 and the daily harassing calls continue. I have submitted a complaint with the Maine Attorney Generals office and the Maine Consumer Advocate's office and hope that eventually this practice of lying to sell a service will be brought to light and someone at either Mobile Solutions or T-Mobile will wake up and realize this is FRAUD, plain and simple. I will not allow them to bully me into something I did not agree to.

Bought a T Mobile phone at the Salem NH mall. Didn't really realize that I was not dealing with T Mobile, but rather a ### reseller called 'The Mobile Solution'. The 'salesman' one Ramon Bejarin flatly LIED to us when filling out the contract, which stated there was a cancellation fee of $175...and further down there was a box to be initialed, that said there was another $250 cancellation fee.
When we asked about TWO cancellation fees, he stated that the $250 fee really was never collected, 'don't worry about it, they really don't charge it'. Well, after canceling (T-mobile sucks) and paying the agreed upon $175 fee...we get an ADDITIONAL $250 charge on our credit card. This was for the fee that Ramon SWORE would not be charged! We emailed The Mobile solution to get corporate information (agent of service) to file a lawsuit in small claims court, but they refuse to supply it. When you call the service dept. there is an extension dedicated SOLELY for people that are getting charged this FRAUDULENT fee. But you can only talk to a voicemail, and they won't return the call. We're filing a complaint with the NH Atty General's office, and filing a small claim suit against The Mobile Solution AND Ramon Bejarin PERSONALLY! The Mobile Solution is FULLY AWARE that their representatives are using deception to sell contracts, and sooner or later there will be a class action lawsuit!
The Mobile Solution owes me $50 from a phone I returned to them but the manager incorrectly refunded as cash rather than credit. I was told by the new manager that this was a mistake but that the check would be mailed to me within a few weeks. It was now been well over two months and I still have not received a check. Worse, when I tried to find out about the status of my refund, I was treated rudely, given no information, and hung up on. Below is a copy of an email I sent to the company:
I am writing you to request that you immediately refund the money that you owe me. I have listed the necessary information below for your reference. I have received horrible customer service from your company. Today your phone representative hung up on me intentionally after being unwilling to answer a simple question. I am still owed $49.99 that should have been refunded to my Visa card but was instead was processed as a cash refund (ACTC). I brought this matter up with a manager at my local Mobile Solution kiosk and he said he would contact your accounting department to get the money refunded to my Visa. This has not happened. I have waited the 6-8 weeks stated in your refund policy and have still not received payment. The fact that no one at your customer service center is able or willing to discuss this with me is very disturbing. I have tried calling Gabbie several times but she never answers her phone and her mailbox is full. I f I do not receive a reply to this email within 5 days stating when I will receive my refund, I will have to resort to more serious measures.
