My grandmother Eileen Finn has been receiving letters stating she won large amounts of money and had to send money off in a pre paid envelope to receive her prize. The last letter received was on the 20th May 2019. To date she had sent approx €40, 000. To Theodore Kennedy President of United Benefits Customer Service Network Gold Coast MC QLD 9726 Australia. She should be entitled to get her money back and she would like these letters to stop. Thank you Sharon Finn (granddaughter)

Once again have received mail from theodore kennedy. This time a telegram saying if I reply with a 4 priced option ranging from $24.95 to $114.95 I "could" be paid out $20, 000, 000 in 30 days or get my fee returned (yeah right) if unsatisfied with cust service. I have been receiving repeated phone calls from united benifits saying I agreed to listen to different caompanies offers and that I could cancel immediatedly if I did not want the service. I would receive a "lovely" gift for listening. But.. I needed to verify my credit card number before proceeding. I told them I never agreed to this, I did not want their gift and to leave me alone. They said I had no choice. They had my credit card number and that they would go ahead and send it thru and that I would be charged each month for these service and that the cc had already been checked. However, I knew that the card was canceled months ago. When I informed them of this they said that they had others they could use. I contacted my phone company and blocks have been put on my phone, but they still are able to get through. What more can I do?
