US Bancorp Ira CD Maintenance Fee should be waived and/or refunded

USBank was given custody of my IRA CD by State Farm in October, 2020 without my knowledge. In 2021, I received a notice that all fees were being removed by USBank. Why is USBank now legally allowed to charge a $30 “maintenance fee” for the privilege of profiting from my IRA funds?

Desired outcome: Maintenance fee should be waived or refunded

US Bancorp Stay away

I have been going thru a difficult time since losing my roommate and have been trying to get US Bank to work with me for a couple of months to lower my credit card payment from $225.00 t $175.00. They refuse and won't even let me speak with a manager. They will not give me a manager's name or telephone number. I have paid (on time) on this account for approximately 25 years. I could have declared bankruptcy and not paid the debt at all but have refused to do that. I am sure they want me to be late on my payments so they can increase my interest rate. The CEO states that "Throughout its history, U.S. Bancorp has operated with a tradition of uncompromising honesty and integrity." That is difficult for me to believe.
