US Cutter Rip-Off
I purchased a Copam 2500 vinyl cutter from USCutter. The Copam was received without any proof of purchase. This cutter was a dog with nothing but problems. Finally USCutter offered to take the cutter back at full price if I upgraded to a more expensive cutter. I agreed. The new cutter was received without any documentation of the purchase. I asked for something from USCutter to show the purchase and they will not respond to my email. I have not received the promised credit for the cutter I returned . $795.
This is a bait & switch program where they sell a failed product then promise return of your $'s when you upgrade. How do I know that the second cutter isn't stolen since they will not acknowledge that I purchased it. I only have a charge on my credit card. No other documentation. What a rip-off..

I bought one of these plotters, , , 24'' - It broke down the first day I had it. After 20 phone calls, being put on hold, being hung up on, and after several messages left with the manager "brandon at ex. 7113" a month later my plotter is still broken. I will now write them a letter, then take them to court.

I have bought a cutter and 2 heat presses from them. Was told it would ship today, they gave me someone elses tracking number. They refuse to give me my tracking and everyone I speak to says something different. I'm seriously thinking of canceling payment with my card company and going to someone else at this point. ..
Sorry to hear you have all this complaints, I have had good experience with US Cutter support, sales and products.
I had an issue with my cutter stand and they helped till they made it right. Software and hardware issues, the same. They connected remotely to my pc to fix it.
Sometimes we are doing something wrong and damage hardware and we continue in denial.
I purchased 5 in 1 heat press April 11 this year from US Cutter. Three months in just a few days after 90 day warranty is up, they say I'm SOL. They have no replacement parts and besides...its out of warranty. Asked for supervisor and then his supervisor, got Tony. Says he will send out replacement platen that day. Call couple days later, as I've received no email w/ confirmation of part sent, only to get the run around... but can't get Tony on the phone, now they are telling me they have to order the part, could be a few weeks. I have orders to get out. After reading these complaints, I'm beginning to wonder if I will get the replacement part. I wish I had done even more research on this company before purchasing from them.
I purchased their mondo trimmer and it was warped in the middle. It took countless emails with pictures and several phone calls to get a replacement authorized. The support was clueless and rude.
I agree, good at first then wait tell u call them after you spend your hard earned money, oh and remeber your licence do expire
I agree I also purchased a 53-54' cutter from them it was a SC series. Upon start-up things were not right, the printer would not recognize the port and print-cut. I called US Cutter tacks and they got it to print thanks for that. BUT while still on the phone it didn't print and you had to unplug the USB cable and reconnect to make it print. The tec offered no answer or cure or even a comment why it did that. Looking back I now know it is a common problem with their equipment and he was just shinning me on. It progressively got worse issues like skipping words in the print preview when transferring to the cutter. So what I am trying to say is if you made a sign with 3 lines and 3 words per line it would cut 2 lines or 3 with only 2 words in one, not the whole print job. I e-mailed tech support and a day latter they replied, (it has had a defective I/O board since new. Call tech support and they will help fix the issue. Below it showed (priority on ticket) low, (status) closed? Upon reflecting I realize There is no I/O board rather it stood for Idiot Operator which immediately pissed me off. I e-mailed them relating that It was purchased on e-bay, thru pay-pal, on a visa and I could file a claim with all 3 but you know they aren't worth the trouble to deal with, I will just relate the truth to all whom will listen, (BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY) if you don't trying like me to save money you will end up paying more by the time you get good equipment and the crap these people give you is not worth any amount of money.
I purchased two item from then in a package deal. The cutter never worked, The software was copied, and the instruction manual was a photocopy. I also got a 15x15 heat press that worked great at first, but the handle was poorly designed and wore out. It took over 20 phone calls and countless emails to get it replaced. Now we're six months down the road and it breaks again. Can't get them to reply to emails, their customer service is almost always a voicemail, and if you post anything negative on the forums you get banned. Steer clear of them, and google US CUtter bbb complaints
I have gotten many items from them and never had any issues with any product. I just bought a 20, 000.00 printer from them works like a champ.
