ONE BIG FRAUD COMPANY, DOES NOT PAY ANY BILLS. Maximilian Düring ist Geschäftsführer.
Die Firma valnovo GmbH ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hannover unter der Nummer HRB 214578 registriert. Die eingetragene Rechtsform lautet Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung. Die Haupttätigkeit liegt im Bereich Großhandel mit sonstigen Maschinen. Das Domizil befindet sich in Isernhagen. Die Eintragung erfolgte am 2. Dezember 2016.
Mit der Geschäftsführung ist Maximilian Düring beauftragt.
HRB 207186: A + F Vertriebs GmbH, Isernhagen, Sattlerstraße 32, 30916 Isernhagen.Die Gesellschafterversammlung vom 29.04.2015 hat eine Änderung des Gesellschaftsvertrages in § 1 (Firma, Rechtsform) und mit ihr die Änderung der Firma beschlossen. Es handelt sich bei der Valnovo GmbH eindeutig um Betrüger!
Ware bestellt und bezahlt, jedoch nicht erhalten!
