Bad Management
verticity is a bad company to work with. I don't know how their software department functions but as i have worked in its call center, so i can easily say they are spoiling agents all the time.
What they do is to hire the agents and then fire them very soon by making non-sense allegations. The manager Abdul Faheem is also mother ###er he has no sense to deal with the agents on the floor. He used to humiliate people with a rude behavior.
We were on a Canadian campaign and suddenly we were fired asked to sit in the homes. The campaigns timings were also of 12 hours.
I like to say that no agent should go this ### company.
Verticity should not do this with employees
I am an ex employee of verticity call center. What are they doing? they get caimpaings and hire the call center agents but if they loose the caimpaings or clients cancle the contact with verticity, their management fires the agents. simple there is no any job security in verticity. also I want to say something about Mr. Faheem the call center manager he is world number stupid. he does'nt know that how to manage the call center and his behaviour with agents is also not good. he has realy disgusting attitude. Mr. Tausif should not run this call center because he just want to earn but dose'nt want to pay to his employees.
also I want to say call center agents in karachi to do not join this copmany because they have nothing to pay.
I was also working for verticity as an accountant but did not get my last 5 months salary due to no funds or bharwa Tausif did not wanted to pay to all employees, also his Kutta Munawer was also with him both are behin chodd gandoo guys maan ke lorey hain both, no one client was happy with verticity work, and also verticity hired some dalley like Rashid latif and khurram to perform bharwa geeri maan ke lorey
I have worked for Verticity for almost 2 years in a row. I have found that they are the most unprofessional organization i have ever worked with. These guys lie, cheat and even fraud to not only americans but to their employees as well. Tausif paracha should know the basic principle of business that to earn revenue you have to incur most there is no way of skipping the cost. Please guys open your eyes whoever wants to work with verticity. please think 100 times before moving ahead.

anyway verticity has a bad management. even tausif, munawer and fahim thrice are son of a ###
The person who has launched this compliant had discipline problems. He were hired on a campaign and then were absent for 5 consecutive days. When he came back he entice the other agents and created problem in the company. Thats why he was fired of this reason. He has used abusive language in his complaint i request complaint borad team to remove his complain immediately, as this is creating bad impression of our company. Thanks
