Beware!
Stay away...we just rented from hem over the holidays. The unit smelled like something was burning and we believe the refrigerator compressor was going. My daughter could not sleep from the loud noise...the blankets were ratty...and they offered no toiletries. They lied about fixing the problem as it was never handled...and refused any level of refund...their behavior was horrible from a customer service perspective. Beware...we would never stay there again...there is a reason they require full prepayment of their properties...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Completely Irresponsible
I checked into my condo that I rented on February 20th, 2009. Upon checking in, apparently the previous renters needed a crib and it was still in the unit. I called and asked to have it removed. We left the next morning and was gone to Sea World all day. Upon coming back to the rental unit on Saturday night at 8:300pm, the crib was still in the unit. I...

Thanks Michigan Daddy. Unfortunately the guest who complained didn't take us up on our offer to look in to the matter, so they remain anonymous and we're unable to identify them. We have no record of any such complaint from a guest over the holidays, so we're at a loss as to who to address this to. It's possible that this has been written by a competitor trying to stir up problems, but the fact is we would rather be sure and to respond to a genuine guest grievance.
Stayed with them many times and had no issues. Go with a newer home next time

VillaDirect welcomes over 50, 000 guests each year to the homes that we manage, and occasionally things in homes will go wrong.
