This management company is rude and unprofessional. The woman named Virgina was the worst when it came to questions, repair requests, and anything else. She always had a snarky tone to her voice and always gave off the impression that she thinks she is better than everyone. It also took about three days for a repair request to go through. Finally, when repairs were scheduled to be performed they had the same old mediocre guy come out who would "repair" temporarily. I moved into the place with none of my requests taken into consideration and then when I finally was blessed to be able to leave I was charged with un heard of fees that were not in the lease. My attorney is currently working with me in regards to this b.s. Management company. Do not rent from them!

This company doesn't even deserve to be a company in the first place. The worst ever. They do not keep the property clean and they are very very rude and unprofessional. The laundry room in the property is a mess and the whole apartment complex is disgusting. Since they changed the management company to Vitco, this whole place has gone to hell. What can I say? If you wanna be happy, go elsewhere. Vitco is the worst.
