I was charged 9.99 the vey first time. I purchased this product on line and paid for it with credit card. I only used it that once and was charged occordingly. But, then you took my credit card and used again to purchase without my knowledge of you doing this. THIS IS CALLED STEALING. This is something we teach our children not to do. I did not give permission to use my money at your will. I am disabled and this 87 dollars you charged me, I was unable to pay for my medicines that need on daily bassis. How does someone like you live with your self. Joe Hart
They have sent me i did not want, and there is no way of emailing them. I have a phone number and will try and ring them. They have an unsubscribe page, but it does not work!
Unauthorized charges
I ordered free sample and called to cancel within 10 days because I was allergic to the product (teeth sensitivity). They insist on sending a link to consumer to cancel, however the link contains a clause that you must accept their terms, there is no place for comments and they include a veiled threat:
"We take charge backs very seriously. All internet credit card companies’ use these databases to access credit risk with customers and future purchases with other internet companies might be denies. We do not have any control over this fraud database. Once you get on these lists it is very difficult to get your name removed from it. BE SMART! DON'T DESTROY YOUR INTERNET CREDIT If a customer charges a purchase back we will place their name, address, zip code, and credit card number into an Internet fraud database.. This also serves as a retraction of any actions initiated by you the customer that may lead to or is a potential chargeback. All sales and terms are final".
Furthermore they wont respect verbal requests to cancel even though they confirm that they make note of calls. Specifically, they confirmed my last 2 call from 9/13/2010 (Sophia) and 9/24/2010 (Katie #99) to cancel.
Typically, they bill your credit $89/month and make it very difficult to cancel unless on theri terms. This is a fraud and should be shut down by the BBB.

Cannot find any way of locating these people. They are continuislu sending me products i have not requested costing me up to around£100. This is causing me great anguish and as I can find no way of geting in touch of them I really dont know how to solve the problem. I am going to have to find myself seeking legal help.
Dear Sir, I have tried telephoning your company on several occassions but to no avail. I am continuing to receive teeth whitening products from you unordered. I do not wish to have this product and I have 4 boxes to be returned to you and my account to be credited. Please cancel any more of this product. Regards Sarah Seaman
cancel your visa card, they won't refund you anything or file a complaint with your card company
Fraud
I ordered a free 14 day trial for a teeth whitening system from Vivid White Smile with the option to cancel at any time. The only thing is that the web site no longer exists, the phone number is fake and the company keeps withdrawling money from my account in small increments and then the once a month fee of 88.00 dollars for the kit. I have no way of cancelling this account with them. I am filing a complaint with my visa account and with my bank. Hopefull they will both agree to stop any further withdrawls from my account.

Government Actions
As of August 13, 2010 the North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem issued a cease and desist order against Florida based XM Brands and its principal Kenneth Jacobi for allegedly violating consumer fraud laws by offering consumers free products to test, but then enrolled customers into costly membership programs without their knowledge.
The company sells health and diet products, including those for teeth whitening, acai berry and anti-aging, but their "free trail" offers and "negative options" return can be expensive. Consumers unknowingly are enrolled by XM Brands in a membership program with automatic future shipments of products, and XM Brands charges the consumer's credit card the full price of the products each month until the consumer is eventually able to cancel the enrollment,
Stenehjem said.

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud
Beware of Vivid White Smile and Super Star Smile. They work in cahoots with each other to give you a "FREE" trial for 10 days. If you try to cancel within 10 days or receipt of products, they tell you the 10 started the day you placed the order online (how ridiculous, how can you "trial" something for a period that you didn't get it?). The web site doesn't say "10 days from order" either. So they ship the next product 10 days after the order and charge exorbitant fees. If you offer to return it, they want to charge $50 for restocking fee! And if this isn't enough, apparently they fraudulently took $4, 995 out of my account, under the name "Blue Waters".

charged card for free sample
I ordered a free sample of 2 different products from what I think now was the same outfit. When I received the 2 teeth whitening products, the name of the product on the boxes was different than what I ordered and it was clear that I had been enrolled in a monthly subscription for each. One had a monthly charge of about $89 and one had a monthly service charge of $128. When I immediately tried to cancel, it was very difficult to find a phone number to do so. When I did reach someone after about 30 minutes of waiting and transfers, she said she would send me an e-mail with a link that I had to put 5 specific pieces of information into to actually unsubscribe. I did not receive the e-mail within the 3 hours she told me to allow, so I called back. I was told I could not cancel via phone, but I insisted. After another lengthy wait, I thought I had successfully cancelled after speaking at length to yet another person. Within minutes I received a phone call confirming my subscription order! I was insistent that they cancel. This person said I had to call back and talk to someone else, that he was only an order confirmer. I did, and had another lengthy wait. When I finally thought I had completed the cancellation, the person on the phone told me I had to call back in 24 hours to receive a cancellation number, that she couldn't give one over the phone. I called my credit card company and am in the process of disputing the charge for $128 that this company made after my first call this morning. To sum this up, I had 4 phone conversations trying to cancel a subscription for a "free" sample. I am mailing the product (unopened) back and disputing the charge of $128 and hope this will be the end of this.

Scam
I orderd this product without seeing any details about the cancellation policy. I was told it was $ 3.87 for a free trail product. Needeless to say Thank God I put the so called free trail purchase away and didnt use it becauase low and behold my Credit Cards statment came and to my horror my account was charged $90.09 for this free trail product. I saved the orginal web-sight advertise and counldnt find any phone number so I called my creidt card company to get the phone number and at that time is when I was told that they made another withdrawl from my credit card acount for $87.00. So I called the extreamly rude Customer Service Department and lets just say I dont think there known for their customer service skills and was rudly told I went past the ten day cacellation time period and was Chraged the first charge of$90.09 for becoming an active Ever White Smile Customer and was also told since I informed the rep that I didnt use the Product in question that they charge a 55% re-stocking fee. Is that even legal? So needless to say I'm disputing the charges thru my Credit Cards Company. I jsut hope there will be sweet justice for the little people that this company gets known for its Shaddy and questionable business practices and procedures.

I have been charged and never even recieved my free trial. When i called them they gave me the run around said i was going to recieve a free month and i was charged again and still never recieved anything in the mail. I need to get some lawyers involved bc this is crazy!
I also was given a trial use of Vid White and was charged 90.00 unathorized by me. I'am now going to contact the AG's investigative unit for false promotional advertisment. On the other hand I had very good service through brite white, they weere very accomadating and helpful and the product works alot better.
