Refund of difference amount
Travelled Pune-Amravati with T R # 1556096 . Two tickets (Pune- Amravati) for AC sleeper was Rs 2200-5% discount was booked. Due to some technical problems in the bus a volvo seater bus was sent that also 2 hours delayed. The tickets for Volvo seater was 1600-5% for two travelers. All the customers argued with the local representative... asked to refund...

This is to raise my voice on the worst maintenance of seats in VRL buses. Its full of bed bugs and impossible to even close ur eyes for 2-3 mins also. You cannot have a peaceful journey in VRL. its pathetic. Skin is full of rashes due to the irritation caused by bed bugs. No cleanliness. please maintain the buses bugs free. We have to go to work next day, and its like i havent slept for ages. For the bus fare charged, is this the kind of service provided for passengers?

I have booked a ticket in VIjayananda Travels (http://www.vrllogistics.in) VRL logistics (hyd- bang) today i.e 17/2/2013 when I browsed the site for availability of ticket for the night journey VRL- MULTI-AXLE VOLVO A/C SEMI SLEEPER shown the timing dep as 10:15:00 and arrival 11.30 AM they didn’t mention AM or PM in departure timing after booking the ticket and payment is done in ticket it is mentioned as 10.15 AM my ticket booking happened just 10 minutes before the departure time .I tried to cancel the ticket as I need the ticket for night cancellation is not been accepted . I called customer care [protected] they said to call another number i.e [protected] when I called to this number they have given another number [protected], 74 to call these people gave me the first number which I have already spoked to them i.e [protected] .these people are accepting there site mistake but they are not ready to refund my payment instead they arranges another bus ticket for evening when I don’t want the evening ticket as I booked in apple travels for the same . I asked return ticket so that I need not lose my amount sorry I cant help you out this was the answer they have given me and advised to postpone my apple travels ticket for return ticket and accept there VRL ticket .when they cant solve the customer problem that to raised by them what is the use of a customer care
i am a frequent traveler in vrl buses. on 24-10-2011, i booked a ticket in vrl bus. the bus no is ka-25 c 5739. the bus didn't come to the bus stop at the scheduled departure time, & on enquiry they say the bus has left. actually the bus came to bus stand much before the actual departure time and left the station before the departure time & didn't inform me on phone the bus is leaving. i actually informed the drivers before to inform when they leave, as the bus was in the bus station too early. i didnt board the bus, as the drivers told i cannot board the bus too early. but they have taken away the bus leaving me in the bus statiion waiting for them to come and pick me up. i never expected this kind of rude, careless, indifferent behavior from vrl towards its passengers. i feel vrl deserves the words used by the commentors on this page.please dont travel in vrl. they are worst. they take passengers for granted. they think we are at their mercy and vrl is doing a great help on us. vrl feel it has got the money already and dont care what ever happen to the passengers. they think passengers are ordinary people and cannot do anything. i again say vrl is shameless and unconscianable. it is only concerned about the profit and not passengers.
I am totally dissappointed with the VRL rules & Regulation where there is no any alternate arrangement made to the customer if the bus is missed.
As I have booked the VRL ticked from Bangalore to Gulbarga on 06/05/10 for the Non A/C sleeper bus .
When i was nearing to the bus stop in anand rao circle suddenly i found that i have missed some important document in the home.
So i called to the VRL office requesting them to please adjust me in any next bus whichever goes to my route as i cant go to gulbarga without my document then i recieved the information that it cannot be done .I missed the trip & in this way& i lost my Rs 475 & time.
So i request to the VRL management that please do some alternate arrangement to the customer if the bus is missed (As in the evening number of buses are plying after 7.30 pm to the Gulbarga route) or refund the amount or make open ticket for the customer so that all the customer shoud satisfied in the future.

This is very ridiculous the VRL service is looting the people, even their so called agents are selling the tickets in black for 1000. I have booked a ticket fom hubli to bangalore through a known agent, I am booking the tickets from past 4 years to the same agent, but this time that bloody agent sold my ticket to some one else just because i have not received his call. still there was 5 hours time to travel mean while time he sold it for higher price, these people are looting the public & our govt has quite, please take the necessary action against the VRL bus service, they are also bounded by the law not out of this. please save the public from this terrific looters. They should make the standard rate for all the private buses, please govt wake up before its too late.
