watson rude staff attitude

Well things may be cheap there but as cheap things means cheap service i guess..
when i ever shopping at watson nexs in serangoon the staffs and promoters there seem more than the customers so no wondering they are like flocks of birds gathering in groups chittchatting.and gossiping too free and so unprofessional i think Hr Shld take note..i think the manager didnt seem to care at least or they are over powered by the staffs...also i once wanted to buy a slimming product but the auntie there is very pushy and pass rude comments that wont work for my size and keep urging me aggresively to try her product even i say i see for myself is better...that is very annoying...also i went to other watson at jurong to give them other chance but the china promoter was over and
rude sayinv my skin was congested with pimples and my skin no good...i mean there no need for such insult right the way they put it pissed ppl of as if they are our savier...but come on we actually paid for their products and get such rude comments...also queue was long and the malay cashier is kinda impatient i ask for two plastic bags coz my product is heavy but they give me one and make a black face when i ask for a other and just pass the plastic bag to me asking me to do myself ...that is so...😬they are truely lacking in service skills and just take it as a job but dont they know they are in the service industry...? Its so unenjoyable since i was a big shopper.i guess guardian is abt the same...

watson force selling

to respected team,
on 30/06/2012 i went to watson pharmacy located at time square..i wanted to buy hair mousse (curl) loreal brand which im using all the while..the sales promoter (old chinese lady) recommed me another product (in orange color container)..she said its a well known product and most of the cust buying it..
i told her that im not dare to try the product that not familiar for me..and loreal is suitable for my hair..bcz i knw which is suitable for me..but she started to force sell the product and she started to adv me i should buy the produst recommend buy the promoter..
do u think this is fair? i agree she knw better than the cust..what hapen to those using a product which they prefer? even i told her i dont want to spoil my hair, she didnt listen to me until i get fed up..
i holding the loreal curl mousse, she force me to buy the orange color container..she say she working there so many years and she knw the product very well..she promise that if the product not suitable for me, anytime i can go to the pharmacy and look for me..
this is not the matter abt spending money to buy a product..let the cust choose want they want..if i confuse abt which product i want to buy, yes ofcourse i need a assistance frm a promoter..but im alrdy a existing consumer of a particular product..
she also promise me the hair mousse make my hair soft and natural..but once i apply it, my hair is bcm hard and dried..something like a strong hold..and my hair looked weird as i use fake hair..
i can get her name..chinese old lady (aunty)..i feel this is ridiculous forcing a customer to buy a product..can watson refund me? can watson change the orange color container that i bought to loreal which i prefer? can watson do the exchange for me?
company reputation is spoil bcz of own promoters..they push selling the product to get allowance..
actually i want to write in consumer rights bcz it make my hair hard and something white looks like a dandruff.. hw to trust yr company again?

my mother has arthritis and recently the pharmacy has been giving her generic of her soma muscle relaxant pills these pills she recently got are white round with D on 1 side 31 on the other opposed to the white round with checkmark on it as she said they do not work at all and she had to take MORE for them to work even slightly i think the pills by this manufacturer NOT ALL THE BRANDS FROM THIS PILL should be banned from the usa i did some research and this type of generic pill was made in mexico and rather cheaply i might add the ingredients are false and contain corn starch as the main and magnesium sterate as the main ingredient which can be bought over the counter these are prescription pills and have false over the counter ingredients and non effective fillers and is made very cheaply people who are using these cheaply made generics end up having to take more because they don't work which is dangerous i told my mother to get the name of the manufacturer tell the pharmacist to never give her that type of generic ever again and to only give her the ones shes used to now my poor mom has to deal with her arthritis until she runs out of the crappy pills so she can get the ones shes used to that don't have false ingredients in them
