way2ERP offers bogus SAP Remote Server Access.
90% of the time they ignore my emails, and calls. I sent several emails with screen shots of system related errors, such as internal service errors that are blocking me for accessing the use of their online computer systems. Other errors such as: name and password is incorrect; and system generated errors such as 403 Forbidden system is not available. More than 80% of the time I encounter continuous system errors that prevent me from using the system or performing the tasks

I purchased access to a S4/HANA system. The system was working satisfactorily for a couple weeks - enough time for me to quite a bit of work in the system. Then the system went down. There was no one to help. On-line chat told me to send an email which I did. I didn't get a response from the email so I called the support line. I got a recording that said that the number is not in service. At this point, I have wasted a lot of time and money. Be careful if you are thinking of using this company.
sap ides plug and play
Avoid this company or any of its other disguises like the plague. Bought a couple of SAP Plug and Play disks from them, and gave them remote access to install them (I know, more fool me...). They managed to delete a couple of partitions with the Windows/Linux OS. Result - a couple of weeks to sort it out. Have since tried to get information about installing...
