Web Hosting Will not release hosting

Tessa had done our web hosting since I started working here 3 years ago. She send me an invoice for 2014 hosting fee, I told her I would be doing the website from now on myself-(we own the domain). Since I paid the bill I have not heard from her--DONT EVER PAY HER IN FULL IF YOU NEED HER TO FINISH SOMETHING. I have the website built and all I need is her to release the hosting. I contacted her several times asking for her to with no avail. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they cant seem to reach her. I estimate we lose about $100 business per day and this has been going on since early February. I would never trust this woman with any business dealings.

She called me right away and helped me figure out what was wrong...It was a huge misunderstanding .and the email I was using was very very very old and none of my messages were going through! She has even offered to help me through the process! Thanks Tessa!!! :):):)

billing my phone bill on verison with some one useing my daughters internet name. they will only credit the first bill and send me a check for next months but i called that number [protected] and thats all they will do i will be charged after that every month is there a way to get this off the bill?

Just glad that we can resolve the issue. I was very confused when I received your email to view this complaint. Willing to help even though it is not my fault and out of my control just to help.

Why I cancelled my service with Blue Host: They are one of the most pathetic service organization I have experienced. I fired them because: 1. I've never had to call support at any organization as many times as I have called Blue Host. 2. The average hold time on every call was 8-10 minutes 3. 3ix.org is biggest cheater company, they never pay Affiliate Commission, I have $56 in my account from last 5 years, but they never paid it. Their "withdrawal" link in affiliate section always goes to page that says "Department not found". They always close the support tickets raised for affiliate commission without any response. This company is a fraud. Do not use them for hosting are website development. My relationship started badly from day 1. I paid to have them develop a "custom" flash site...custom in that it would be developed from scratch...a one of a kind site. I paid them $1, 000.00 to start the process. I got my first mock up and to my surprise, they provide a FLASH...

Web Hosting False advertising

Specifically chosen provider because I need high bandwidth server for my mobile apps. They clearly advertise unlimited bandwidth and space. This statement us still on the page without disclaimer. After a week they took my website down because if "server abuse.". Apparently this "abuse" was using too much space and banks width. Huh? How can you use too much of unlimited? They claim unlimited means 25gb. Huh?
Because of their false advertising I have lost 1000s of dollars and I am suing them.

Web Hosting Bad Service

I subscribe 4 Web hosting to this site www.gridhost.co.za everyting went well till I start testing my server side application, Then I learn that I can not send more then 350 emails per hour and the suspended me when learn that U already suspended. After that I kindly explain to them in email that I'm doing testing and in the event of testing mistake happen d and if they have a better solution I will consider them, after next time I exceed the limit, of 350 emails they suspended me forever and tell me that I try to harm there server? now I agreed and decide to move my domain, the new company that try to register my domain has a very hard time including me after 30 emails, we finally understand what GridHost want from us.If they are professionals as they claim, this should be happening and my domain still not transfer. I don't know how they dealing with other customers but this is very bad experiences 4 me. THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY SHOW U WHAT U BUYING (so much space, bandwidth bla, bal, ) But there policy of breaking the rules not so clear, FOR EXAMPLE WHAT THEY CONSIDER SPAM AND HARM, I MEAN IN WHAT EXACT EVENT THEY WILL SUSPEND U, For example how many emails per hour and so on.

I need to see where in GridHost site is there policy about the mailing list, are they are specific, because I was suspended after specific numbers of Emil, they never mention to the customer when the contract with them is sign, I agree I send a lot of emails to my email, and most important if GridHost is blacklisted with Google how come continue sending email to Google ? Now GridHost complain that : 'We had correspondence from Google informing us that our mail servers were blacklisted with them." And this is because of me. Now If this is true they never notify me with any email.Plus u can go to "http://website.informer.com/visit?domain=onlinealley.com&url=http%3A%2F%2Fonlinealley.com%2Fseotools%2Fgooglebannedchecker%2F&title=Google+Black+List+Checker&keyword=google+blacklist+check" AND CHECK AND SEE THAT GridHost IS NOT BLACKLISTED or There Email server. Now Is this is other stunt just GridHost to play a victim? They repeat this as broken record "Gridhost does it's best to keep a clean and hassle free server environment - when users delibera" NOW WHAT IS THERE POLICY IN CONTEXTS other wise how we (customer) should know, When make ur first mistake ? AND MAIN REASON HERE IS THAT I'm NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS I'M COMPLAINING THAT I WAS INVOLVED IN BUNCH OF EMAILS BETWEEN THEN AND MY NEW HOSTING COMPANY TO TRANSFER MY DOMAIN LIKE THEY NEVER DID THIS BEFORE. THEY ASK ME FOR MY NEW COMPANY EMAIL, WHEN LAST NIGHT THEY RECEIVE EMAILS FROM MY NEW HOSTING COMPANY THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL. I'M NOT COMPLAINING FOR MY REASON WHY THEY TERMINATE MY SUBSCRIPTION.AND NOW THEY TRY TO PLAY VICTIM THAT GOOGLE BLACKLIST THEM WITCH GOOGLE DID NOT

Created fake check a presented it to my bank for deoposit ( 39.99)

The user violated our terms and conditions by sending out thousands of mails to a single address.
We had correspondence from Google informing us that our mail servers were blacklisted with them.

We issued the user with multiple warnings and made him aware of our regulations and yet he continued to violate the terms and create a volatile situation for our shared hosting customers. Even after agreeing to stop his maling, he continued. The decision was taken to suspend him to prevent our clients from suffering the demise of not being able to email out.

Gridhost does it's best to keep a clean and hassle free server environment - when users deliberately go against our policy, we will take the appropriate action to ensure this environment is kept consistent for all.
