A payment I did not authorise
WLY*COMPLETE has took £15 out of my account this morning and i have not allowed them to do this or authorised it any way. I am a single parent to 4 children and every penny i have to account for in my bank account and for this to be taken out of my bank is completely wrong. I would like my £15 to be refunded and this company by the amount of messages i have read about investigated for this

Monthly debit bing fraudulently taken from my bank account
The above company have been fraudulently debiting my bank account via my debit card for 13 months. The first debit was In January 2020 and the last one was on the 7th January 2021.
