A payment I did not authorise
WLY*COMPLETE has took £15 out of my account this morning and i have not allowed them to do this or authorised it any way. I am a single parent to 4 children and every penny i have to account for in my bank account and for this to be taken out of my bank is completely wrong. I would like my £15 to be refunded and this company by the amount of messages i have read about investigated for this
