The coach ignored my requests and had the arguments with my son
I recently brought my son to www.exclusivemartialarts.net. He liked there and started to attend the classes, but after couple of months he announced that he didn’t want to take these classes. I am shocked, because I have paid for the whole month in advance and suddenly he refused to come to these classes. After couple of days, I found out that the coach was angry and he yelled at the kids. My son had the quarrel with him and therefore he didn’t want to attend these classes. The coach ignored my requests to meet.
They didn't want to hear my explanations
I decided to attend the Martials art class, which was provided by www.exclusivemartialarts.net. I paid for 10 classes and attended only half of them, but because of the personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to attend these classes. I called and warned my coach before. However, when I wanted to continue the classes, the company asked to pay for new 10 classes. I tried to explain them the situation, but they didn’t want to listen to me.
