The Woodlands in Oakland Township, MI 48363 I live at 79 Lyndon Circle. Approximately July of 2023 a large branch (8-10 inches in diameter) fell from the tree next to me at 81 Lyndon Circle and landed on a car. The property manager (Annie) was verbally made aware of this incident. It was stated the tree was "on a list." 6 months later, on Friday 1/12/24 approximately 9:00 pm I heard the tree about to break again. I ran over to warn my neighbors and called the after hours service, who got a hold of the property manager. Maintenance was sent out to [censored] and then told by the property Manager, Annie, to leave it. At approximately 9:30pm The tree at 81 Lyndon Circle gave way and another Larger branch (2 foot in diameter) broke landing in the driveway of 81 Lyndon and hitting another vehicle. I again called the after hours line, who contacted the property Manager, who in turn sent out maintenance yet again. Upon inspection there was another large and very high branch, approximately 1.5 foot in diameter and over 40 foot tall barely hanging on and about to come crashing down on my house, my car or both. Maintenance was told to "take pictures and leave. There were no emergency tree services available." On Saturday 01/23/24 at 10am I spoke with Deena at the office who drove by to take a look at approximately 10:30am . I was told at 12:50pm that a tree company would be out when the winds died down but could be later today or tomorrow. There were other trees in the neighbor hood that had a higher priority, as they were already on top of houses. But I should be top of the list. I asked which tree service would be coming out but was told by Deena that she did not know. Despite my desperate attempts to get this emergency situation under control, with emails and phone calls, it seems like RHP didn't care. They did not see the urgency in the matter that could cause serious damage to property or severe bodily harm to others. Yet, when I called Michigan Tree Surgeons to come out for a quote, they were there within an hour and ready to take down despite the "high winds I was told about" As of Sunday 01/04/24, the tree had been untouched! It was never looked at by any other professional, other than the one I hired for an estimate. Teeter taughtering with the sways of the wind and threatening to cause serious property and/or physical damage. My neighbor was told it could be up to a month before they could get someone out! On Sunday 01/14/2024 a crew was hired by my neighbor and I to remove the threat looming over our houses because RHP failed to see the emergency at hand despite several people, even professionals, telling them it was an immediate threat and an emergency that needed to be taken care of right away! The rest of the trees in Woodland Oakland Michigan need to be tended to before more property is damaged or worse, it cost someone their lives. There are a lot of dead and sick trees in this community. The trees in my front yard and behind me are some of them. This should not be taken lightly and if anything should happen to me, my property, or any other person or pet in my house, weather entering or exiting. This email is on file and copies have been made. RHP has already been neglect enough. They have circum to corporate greed and forgot their are actual human beings in their communities.

Desired outcome: Money off February 2023 lot rent due to negligence of RHP, and reimbursement for the company that the neighbor and I hired to remove the potential threat.
