They don’t care about drivers and offer insultingly low payment . Like 30$ for 125 mile trip out of state ? I’m not even exaggerating . Customer service could care less about its drivers they lock you out of account never ask your side and don’t even listen when you do try to tell it . I got a generic response , I know this cause the guy posted the other half of the message saying that that was what he was to respond , like from some script. Terrible company they take half the payment if not more for each delivery, now they charge to take your own money out , don’t reimburse you for anything, support is unreachable only through a chat which takes 50 min for them to answer. plus they’re also paying people to write good reviews about them on the App Store , probably more then they pay their drivers who run their business. Money hungry manipulative and honestly just scumbaggy . Down to get in on any lawsuit in the works I know I’m owed money I did over 1000 gigs for them and they deactivated me over a photo violation? Of which I still don’t know what violated it it was literally a pic of the house I delivered to?
