I ordered a Lumi handset from RoseSkinCo on 23 November 2023, it arrived on 4 December 2023. I would like to return the item under the 90-day return policy due to dissatisfaction on the product and filled in the Satisfaction Guarantee Form on 23 January 2024. Then I received a confirmation email of the form submission, with a message of “Our team is on it – we’ll review your inquiry and a member of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.”. However, I’ve waited for 3 days but there’s still no response from them. So I sent an email to info@roseskinco.com to check out the status of my return process.
Their response was they’ve checked the system but they don’t seem to have a record of my return form submission with my email address. Then, I replied with the screenshots of the confirmation email of form submission, which stated the same email address as well as a screenshot of a message on the form mentioning “Form with this email is already system”. It has been another 2 days but still got no response. Apparently, the 90 day return guarantee is a scam, this company never reply within 48 hours as promised and repeatedly trying to find different excuses to not process the return. Worst customer service ever!
Desired outcome: I want my money back!
