Roto-Rooter Group review: Leaking kitchen sink

I called on Saturday 2-10-2024 to have someone come out due to my kitchen sink was linking. Moe Alhijazi came to fix the issue. I was told by Moe that the issue was the Fauset, so he tightened the lose screw and put tape around it and said it is fixed. I was so happy; I was like wow that was quick. Moe replied yep it will save money when you know what to do. I asked so how much, Moe responded it will be 34.00. I was great, being that it only took 5 mins. Moe took my debit card and entered my information, I didn't get a receipt nothing, he was out the door. I waited an hour check my card was charged 234.00.

I reached out and was told that a service fee was charged for 85.00 to come out, this is what Denise said to me. I advised I was not told this information; ok it still don't add up. Denise the boss will reach out to me on Monday, but he didn't, I had to call him. Joe the boss said that they will refund my money, the difference that is, I was refunded 104.00.

However today 2/13/2024 my sink is doing the same exact thing. I call and spoke to Denise, and she said they would send someone out to fix the issue again, Was told that the sink needed to be replaced for 395.00. I look up the sink and it is at Home Depot for 45.00, so Denise said they would not charge me but of course I will have to pay for the labor for putting the sink in. Look I don't mind paying for services needed but be honest. After all that I have been through the right thing to do is to offset the dollar amount that I paid which was 156.00 for nothing, well for someone to put type on a water Fauset.

I am so disappointed and would not recommend this company at all.

You all took advantage of a single female who trusted your company to help and all I got was taken advantage of and left with no money and the same issue, a linking sink.
