It has been a month since they came out. Our ac is not working or heat. They ordered a motherboard and say they are on back order. We call every day. We paid 9000.00 for a brand new unit three years ago. It freezes up at least once every two weeks. We had to go buy two window units and two heaters to maintain our home. They will not return calls and when you do call they answer with loud music instead of a person. They will not keep you updated on the back order. When Jeff came out he acted like he did not want to be here. The first appt I had I waited all day for Jeff to come out. No call saying he would not come that day. I had to call and ask if he was coming. She said oh he called out today. Thanks for the call to let me know and I waited all day. When I call about the part they say let me call the parts department and I will call you back. I paid for service and warranty again for no reason. Worst company and very unprofessional. I will tell everyone I know about their service and every social media page I have.
