on october 2023 i call santander consumer looking for help getting an a payment extension the person who talk to me on the phone told me in the way to gets that extension procesed i have to call my bank and tell them to stop the automatic payment so they dont processed the payment of $382.72 what i did following hes instructions and call santander consumers as soon i get the authorisation from my bank what i did call again and the person told me that everything was fine so FEB292024 the payments were going to be reinstall .today i have a call from santander consumer telling me that know i have the payments of JAN 2024 and FEB 2024 behind because of non payment or failed to make those payments . know im runing behind on my payments and you guys telling me that i broke my contract with you when i call like three monts before looking for your help and know you people gets me screwed i was looking for help from you and know im in trouble because of you guys. my name is Angel De Leon Calderon in case you need more info my phone num is [protected]
