ScS will arrange to collect the item from you if it is in the UK within their standard delivery area.
You can also return the item by yourself but with extra care so no damage is done. Smaller stock items can be returned by post to ScS Online, 45–49 Villiers Street, Sunderland, SR1 1HA.
You cannot cancel a contract for a Flooring Product that has been laid in your home unless it is defective.
Different standard charges apply for deliveries within a 30-mile radius of any ScS store or distribution center. If you live outside the mentioned 30-mile radius an additional fee could be imposed.

According to ScS, their sofas are made in Britain, hence, supporting UK businesses.
You’ll have to measure the dimensions including height, front, seat, width, and depth. Remember to measure any doorways and hallways to fit the sofa through.
Make sure to measure the place at home and double-check the dimensions of the chosen sofa before making a purchase. If the furniture does not fit upon delivery, ScS will charge you for the delivery and return it to the distribution center.
Endurance sofas are engineered using a leather look and durable fabric which makes them easy to clean. Endurance refers to the highest possible load on a material without noticeable signs of defects.
Many SCS customers say that despite ScS claims that its products are made in the UK, the furniture is made elsewhere. Although ScS’s rating on some websites is high, their rating on other platforms including ours is rather low. They have not resolved complaints, hence, we suggest being careful if you choose to use their services as their customer support is not guaranteed in case of issues.
The delivery times can vary depending on the manufacturing time. You will receive an estimated delivery time when placing your order. ScS will notify you if there are any delays in your order.
You can arrange a collection of your order at the store if you paid your order in full.
ScS will contact you with a new estimated delivery date. Also, remember that there is a 4-week leeway on all furniture delivery dates. If this time has passed, you should contact ScS for assistance.
ScS sofas come with a 20-year warranty. The warranty covers frames and springs. You can add further protection to your sofa from £30 per seat.
The warranty protects your furniture against accidents, covers leather furniture against scratches and scuffs, offers 5-year protection against stains, rips, tears, and burns.
