I was an employee of Securewatch and they treat us like cattle. I worked for the Corporate office in knoxville, Tn. I would hear the Johnson City, Charlotte, Chatt. And other branch employees weren't getting their checks. The checks would come two to three weeks late, when these consultants are already busting their ### to door knock to get a deal. Then in corporate you have customer service representatives not answering their phones to customers with legit complaints with their service. You have them looking at facebook or playing games. The offices at the Regions building isn't finished with construction. Every employee is disgusted with management bc the managers don't know how to manage their teams. All employees are wearing unprofessional atire. I couldn't believe the amount of cussing that was allowed to go on. Then you hear different branches are getting their consultants pulled over and police and camera crew filming the company bc their apart of some scam...Hears my advice...Get your act together, start one branch and get it complete before worrying about opening another, get your consultants properly badged, screen and piss test them, background check...and for god sakes pay the people who feed you guys in Corporate rather than hold their checks for weeks while their babies are starving and your driving around in your BMW.

I shouldn't be saying this at all but I want to get it out to the public that ADT and Secure watch are two different companies. Secure watch is an authorized dealer or ADT but they are giving ADT a horrible name. My Husband is a installer for Secure watch and the stories he comes home with absolutely horrify me. If you get your system installed with Secure watch your going to end up paying more money monthly because they are there own company. I just got off the phone with ADT because I received a flier in the mail saying that my bill could be 29.99 a month instead i am paying 47.99 a month. The reason why is because i went through a private contractor. So if you want to get ADT i would recommend going through the actually company of ADT and not secure watch. Also the scare tactic that the sales people use is horrid. They come door to door and tell people that there were recent break in within the neighbor hood and i know this must be a company policy because they said the same thing to me in NC as they did to my mother in FL. Please if you are elderly watch out because the salesman will target you. There is a salesman that goes by the name of DOC in the Fayetteville, NC Area and he will tell you anything to try and make a buck. He is known for taking advantage of literally 98 year old women that don't know what they are even signing or getting into. So if you are older or you have older parents please talk to them about this because they could fall victim to this awful scam of secure watch. I hear all the stories when my husband comes home. The Fayetteville NC office has a manger that doesn't know what he is doing at all and he is racist. The only new people he will hire will be his cousins which of course all happen to be black. They give the black guys all the best jobs while the white guys are the ones that are sent to drive to South Carolina for a job. This is a horrible company and it is all about the money from the top management down to the sales person. My husband has a conscience and will refuse to do a job of someone he knows has been taken advantage of. This company is domed and it will be a matter of time before they get shut down. But then again its all about money in this world so who knows. I just don't know how some of these people sleep at night with doing what they are doing.

I worked for securewatch and my coworkers would tell me that the company was scamming people. I was fired after 1 week because i just wasnt "getting it" They never told me to try harder, or asked me if i was having a tough time training. I hated the place, and hated everyone there. They NEVER send out W2's on time either!

I worked for secure watch as an installer for the lexington ky branch. I was fired for telling a customer that I had drove attal of three hours to do two jobs that had cancled that morning and that I thought I should be reimbursed for my time and gas.. if you are an installer for this company you must provide your vehicle, gas, tools, and you are responsable for the equipment for two months after it installed. I didn't get my last check because they supposebly had to do servi e calls on my work and that cancled out my check. And if that's not bad enough I have worked a week and actually went in the hole from gas money on sevice calls I didn't get paid for and then not having enough jobs that week to make up for the gas I spent fixing problems that are not my falt like faulty equipmnt or a customer that's just not understanding the security system. Like you may have heard this company only cares about money from the top dogs in corporate all the way down to the sales people. I was told the sales manager makes $1000 a week off the top no to mention if he sales anyting. Sales people get approx $300 for a sale. The installers get $75 to install it and you pay for your own gas. ThT really sux when they drive 2 1/2 hours away and you have to drive down here at 8 at night work for two to three hours insralling for peanuts and have to drive all the wau back home and not get home untill 1230 or 1 and be back at work at 8 the next morning. This happens quite often. If you are thinking about working for this company you might want to research it first. I am sure you will change your mind. Sws is a legal scam for customers and employees. If you do decid to work aith them you will soon see what I'm talking about. Unless you are in management driving around in their companies Mercedes then otherwise you will b ### on too

I was employed by Secure Watch at the Birmingham Branch. After seven days of class room and door to door knocking. We were run out of Pell City. Once I began checking every sales person and installer is required to have a state issued liscence. Secure Watch Fabricated Bages to act as State bages and issued them to use daily. The company doesn't have there liscence in the cities they are knocking Pelham, Alabaster, Bessemer, Hueytown, Jefferson County, Shelby County, Pell City, etc.
They do not want to allow you to give your number to clients or and information about the systems or a office telephone number. They don't even have there office name on the door. The State Board should pull this company's liscence in Alabama and ADT pull there sponsership. Call your local state for code inforcement regulations I bet they didn't follow them.

I work for the knoxville branch as a consultant. So far I have no complaints. Yeah the monthly monitoring may be more but they dont have to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars up front to get the equipment. Corporate charges out the ### for sevice calls (I know because customers have told me) but secure watch only charges $25 flat rate for any services. Yes they make deductions on your pay based on mistakes that you make and extra points used but, its not hard to do things the way you are trained. if they have to pay somebody to fix your mistakes how can you possibly expect them to pay you for your mistakes then pay somebody else to fix those mistakes. I go through a background check every three months and random monthly drug tests. Secure Watch makes sure that only professional and qualified people are going into these homes. As far as an individual working for the company targeting older individuals that is ### and possibly his branch manager thinks thats ok but that is certainly not company policy! Some may think that is a scam and it may seem that way but maybe you should look a little deeper than what you hear or think. This is basically a sub- contractor type job and you are told that when you start. If you didnt want to deal with some of the ### (there is ### in every job) then you should go back to mcdonalds!

ADT securewatch is not a loyal, trustworthy company. The 'people' they hire for a branch mgr position are no more than uneducated, egotistical, and dishonest children. I am speaking only for the Johnson City, Tn branch, but have heard of others just the same. Namely speaking, the current branch mgr, as of 3-5-11.(The reason for the date is bc the branch mgrs are interchanged every few months) He is a discriminating child who has only one concern...making money off of his employees who in turn do his job and theirs. ADT is a ligitimate corporation. ADT Securewatch, JC, Tn is not. I would hope in the near future this particular branch would be investigated for allowing the emplyees to participate in actions that do not represent a ligitimate company policy. Discrimination against others is an everyday occurence, especially when they are one of the few who are honest and forthcoming with information regarding equipment and product services and completes his job duties as well as those of the branch mgr with no regard to receiving additional pay. This is not a bitter complaint but a real situation that is happening unfairly and unjustly to the consumers of East Tn and other surrounding areas.

My Husband had been working for this company for several months now and loves the job. Any kind of problems he has had with his pay were fixed my the next check if not sooner. I think the problems that our occurring and weather they get resolved or not has a lot to do with how good of a branch manager and regional manager the branch has. My hubby is very dedicated to his job and TRULY tried to help out his customers as much as he possibly can. This job is truly not for everyone, the turnover is very high.

If a customer has a problem with an installer they need to contact the consultant that set them up asap.

I recently had my system installed by Securewatch. After receiving the first bill from ADT that was $15 higher than my service contract, I've made repeated attempts with Securewatch agents to get a correction made. They told me that the contract they had received stated it was $9 higher per mo. than what I was stating so I faxed them a copy of my contract. A couple of the agents never called me back and it appeared to me that I was being shuffled off rather than the matter being corrected. I guess I was suppose to be happy that it is now only $9 higher. A third agent told me that my fax had been referred to the "clean up dept." since my contract differed from the one they had. I have yet to receive a call from them and I'm seriously concerned about Securewatch having a contract turned in that is $9 higher than the contract I have. If this is a common ploy someone needs to start a class action lawsuit. Certainly after reading some of the concerns above I am less optimistic about this being resolved in my favor without legal action.

What I here is a bunch of wheening babies that are maybe 25 yrs old and not getting thier way. Secure watch is a large company with children running it. It seems to me that if they would approuch thier internal problems with a different management style (other than reactionary) (proper planning) the over all company would benefit from it. If they treat their employees like crap, then the employee will not stay very long with the company.
This will cost the company in the long run because the investment they make in training new employees. I have been an installer for SWS for 6 months and the only thing that really bugs me is their insesent need for same day intallations. I for one being a homeowner do not want someone in my house at 7:30 at night banging and sawing putting in my system. What is the big deal about same days, other than then consultants make more money. Hey, doesn't great customer service preclude money? If the installer uses good customer service technics during an install, then the customer has no reason to doubt the authanistie of the company. Consults, stop lying to the customers, it makes you and the company look like scammers. WTF, tell the truth, the customer doesn't want to be lied to.

To the upper Management of SWS, . please stop using your installers as babysitters for your lying consultants. Every lie they tell we, the installers, have to tell the customer how it really is and they get pissed off at the consultant. Help you installers out just a little bit. 25 dollars for 70 miles one way is not enough, and sitting around all day that is 50 miles away from the office is just not exceptable. We as installers will spend 80 to 90 hours a week working on and waiting on system to be installed. That show should show you that we are dedicated to SWS and their same day policies. It is know wonder you have a 300 percent turnover rate with installers when you don't compensate them for the on call time. For example my check might be 1000.00 for a week, but i have spent 90 hours dedicated to SWS, that translates in to approximately 9.00 per hour not counting gas and maintenence on my vehicle. so the hourly rate goes down. Hell, i am spending more time being on call, or sitting in a far off town for SWS, than i am with my family, 90 hours a week to SWS and 78 hours per week with my family. I guess slavery is not finished in the US.

Now the big question, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STILL WORKING FOR SWS? ?

They were door to door sales/ verbally advised us of what the product was and what were getting and did not meet those points/Told us we would be charged one thing and billed another/ billed us for equipment we asked not to have and refuse to remove from our bill even thought it shows on the contract that said equipment was not given to me at the install/said the $99 would register our system with local police and they did not and will not be doing that/ now they want us to pay over $3000.00 to cancel our service when I have had nothing but problems with them since the start and it's just now been 30 days/The sales rep just flat out lied about everything and the company had admitted that many times over the phone with me but is not willing to do anything about it.

SecureWatch is a scam business for sure. I worked there for a total of 1 week before I quit, though I should have realized what was to come during the 3 days of "training, " which was a joke: it consisted of showing up at 10 in the morning...and waiting for an hour for the "instructor" to waltz in with some lame line like, "what's up ballas? You here to make some money today? Mmmm." He would come in and give us some bs directions like, "practice your sales pitches on eachother, " and then he would leave for another 45 minutes. During lectures the "instructor" would feel free to stop and answer his phone, or send out text messages, (smiling to himself like he was sending a freaking text to his girlfriend or something). They taught us nothing in that class, EXCEPT the sales pitch. We had to fill out a TON of paperwork.
Most of our learning was aquired on-the-job. Scare tactics were regularly used. "But ma'am, what would happen if, God forbid, you were to have a heart attack here alone in this house? And you couldn't get to your phone? Then you would certainly NEED this medical pendant and security system I am trying to give you right now." Low blow. Clients were regularly lied to: on one of the doors I knocked my team leader came with me, and when the woman we were speaking to was obviously trying to tell us she wasn't interested he said, "how about if I give you the first 2 month of service free ma'am?" and when the woman agreed, I filled out her paperwork (none-the-wiser) and got everything signed up, and when I climbed back into the van (all team members ride in a mini-van together) I asked, "so where do I put that we're giving her the first 2 months free?" My team member turned around from the front seat and asked, "first 2 months? What first 2 months? Did she get that in writing?" Yup. I quit.
The FAY, NC office is filled with some of the most unprofessional attitudes that I've ever seen in a workplace. Work never started on time. Cussing was the norm. If a phone call was coming in from a client that had been dealt with within the last 72 hours (the buyer has a right to cancel within 3 days of signing the contract) the sales representative had a very good chance of screening the call and saying, "I'll return that in 72 hours" (after the client could no longer cancel). Sales reps regularly had to put up with checks being wrong, late, and with "deductions" that could be verified by nobody it seemed. Horrible place to work.

We just were solicited, at our front door, by an supposed ADT Secure Watch Salesman, first clue, my husband had to get a piece of paper and pen to write down his name? What no business card, second, don't come to my front door at 7:30 pm in the evening to tell us that you are aware of the recent breakins in our area. Any ### with a computer can look that up, again, this person was unsolicited, and came to my front door. Scare tactics aside, third, promises of a free system and install, see the sign on my front door, already have a service. Watch out folks, don't come to my front door to scare me and if you do, look up, you are on camera.

As an employee I am truely disgusted with Secure Watch/ADT management who don't know how to manage their teams. All employees are wearing unprofessional atire, except me & just a couple others. An amount of cussing is allowed to go on, and Secure Watch is NOT an authorized ADT dealer. Different branches ARE getting their consultants pulled over and police and camera crew filming the company because their apart of some scam, hiring prostitutes, reckless driving, smoking in the non-smoking vehicles, speeding, D.U.I's, driving with no/or suspended licenses, breaking solicitation laws, & gang-bangers to sell, and install Security Systems! (Seriously! Like, I'm the only dude with no criminal record & acts like a real professional..)

I am just getting ready to start with securewatch as an installer. I've done sales jobs and I'm NOT going to try and sale anyone anything. But, even as an installer I had to sign an agreement stating that we DO NOT use scare tactics. So, if a salesman is using such tactics then they need to be reported. If you guys happen to run into somoene doing this then you should call the offices and report them, if nothing happens, call ADT. I got the dealer code from Secure Watch and called ADT to verify that they ARE authorized dealers of ADT systems. ADT did verify that they are dealers. And nationally, they are the 2nd rated company among all authorized ADT dealers, so somehwere in this great nation of ours they are doing something right, right? Maybe it's just local offices that are doing some poor jobs, sounds like mainly the NC area...and let's face it people there really aren't many people in NC that are all about proper business techniques and tactics. So what do you think you're gonna run into there?

As an ex-employee of SecureWatch, I don't know where to begin. I guess from the start, when they advertised that they are hiring for a call center position with ADT, just to get you to come in the door to fill out an application. Then you go through a 3 day training class, held by the Regional Manager, to hear about all this money that can be made as a Sales Consultant. There is no pay for this training. While in the training class, they tell you that you will work out in the field, as a sales consultant, for 3 weeks selling ADT home security systems, and you will be transferred to this call center, that never really exsist. Gas and time, are very valuable to people these days, and SecureWatch has no regard of that. Then it is said in the Charlotte branch, that you will be paid $200.00 a week, whether you sell something, or not, as long as you come to work for 5 days in the week. This is not true either. As a Sales Consultant, when you finally get a sell, SecureWatch finds every way that they can to deduct this, and deduct that, that when they are finished, you haven't made anything. In the state of N.C., all employees should be paid at least minimum wage, which is $7.25 an hour. SecureWatch doesn't pay minimum wage, there is no base pay, and they don't let you work against the draw. So if you are out in the streets, knocking door-to-door, 10 hours a day, 6 days aweek, and don't sell anything, then you don't get anything for all of your hard work. Hell, you don't make anything when you do sell something, because, trust me, they will find a way to take it back. A group of ex-employees, here in Charlotte, are not just complaining, we have dedicated ourselves to take legal action against SecureWatch. They have really messed up our lives, and we are not going away quietly. I can't believe, I left my job to come and work for this company. SecureWatch owes us, and they will pay!

ALL of the above complaints are valid and true! I was a consultant for SecureWatch in Charlotte. The consultants and installers who are taking sides with Securewatch are just as scandalous, unprofessional, and shady as the reginal and branch managers and are usually their buddies or long-time friends. Not taking sides with anyone at Securewatch or saying that he has done wrong but Doc is a wonderful man. Although, I have known him to do and say things solely for the sake of his job. The regional manager and install manager at Charlotte are responsible for these problems and Doc is working to fix them in an attempt to make the company better, so they are trying to get rid of Doc. SecureWatch is a horrible place of employment and place of business solely because of the people running it. They scam, lie, and steal from innocent people/customers and employees and they need to pay for everything that they are doing. This company needs to be shut down asap! Me and some other ex-employees of SecureWatch in Charlotte will see to it!

Secure Watch ADT is a scam! They make the employees work harsh hours for pay less than minimum wage. The pay is strictly commission, but they deduct money from your check for every little thing that has nothing to do with the deal that was made. They get people to apply for the job by posting an ad with a title that is far from the position that they are hiring for. They use people's desperation for money to lure them into accepting the position far from the one they thought they were applying for. They have caused people to leave steady paying jobs for a "better opportunity" and "brighter future" with Secure Watch. The way they got me to apply for the job was by posting an ad on the Charlotte Observer website for a customer service position in a call center. Then when I got to the interview they told me that the call center position would not be open until about a month later and that they had another job they thought I would be great for. Up front they told me it was strictly commission but that we were not "selling" anything and that all we were doing was getting people to sign up for a "free" security system. They also told me that I would be a "MANAGER" and that I would make $300 for every "PROMOTION" that I got. They also said that people make "GOOD" money on this job and he GUARANTEED me that I would be making good money. He also told me that I would gain a BENZ after staying with the company for a small period of time. It sounded good so they invited me to the 3-day non-paying training class. In they training class I realized that the job was not going to be as great as he made it sound in the interview, but it still sounded interesting because they told us that as "consultants" we WOULD be making $400-$800 each week, and that after a while we would get promoted to a team leader making $900-$1100 each week and the money got larger as the positions went higher. They also told us that the AVERAGE person that worked there makes at least ONE deal per DAY, which was one of the BIGGEST lies they told because in actuality we were lucky if we got one deal for the WEEK. And then there's all the factors of what type of deal it was that we got, and there were MANY factors that hinder you from making the proposed amount of money once you make your deal. Everything about this job is a lie. The managers are unprofessional and one of the managers, Jay Angel - the Regional manager at the Charlotte and other cities branches, in particular, was very forward and hit on a lot of the girls that worked there. When he was interviewing me, he did nothing but tell me how "beautiful" I was and ask many personal questions about my life. He also offered me money on occasions to help me with my bills (which I NEVER accepted). On the last day of the training session he took us out to eat and tried to get me to ride with him in his car, saying that "only one person could ride with" him. I have witnesses that will vouch that he was trying to get me alone in his car. This job makes me very upset every time I think about it and I hope that they get everything that they deserve!

There is a new branch in Newport News, Virginia opening up and I have a few questions for the prior or present employees on this job board. I am just a 22 year old college student looking for full-time work while remaining a full-time student. I was contacted to have an interview with them tomorrow for a customer support representative position. I am concerned about some of the information I have read on this site and would like someone to give me a little more information if possible. I believe that if good customer service and the office aspect of the company is improved the employees in the field would benefit greatly. I see many of the employees on this board were in sales or installation. With that being said I can see that something is going wrong inside the office for so many out of office employees to be unhappy. I guess my real question here is that since this is a new location and so far has no complaints is there still risk getting involved with this company? I know every company has there ups and downs and needs to start improving somewhere... Is there a chance that the Virginia location could be that start?

I went to the interview today over 15 ppl in one room waiting for less than a 5 min interview all there for the same reason. I walked out. Not only that the location they tell you to go to is not listed any where! Also they have ADT posted all over the place. So glad I didn't stay and waste my time. Thank all of you for the great real comments!

They keep things from you about the 3 years you pay $42 a month for service. When 3 years are up you still have to pay to keep the service. If you want to cancel they tell you to pay 75% of the 3yr. payments. They lie & tear your letters up & wont talk to you after they get you hooked. I hope they go bankrupt & lose everything they have cheated people out of.

I had an interview set up with secure watch but did not go. I am very grateful for my decision now reading all of theses comments. I instead went to work for another ADT Dealer that a friend of a friend had just started. From all of your stories I am glad that this company although very small right now has none of the moral standards that secure watch seems to posses. They have been very straightforward and upfront with me about realistic goals and advancement opportunities. I work as a door to door salesman and have not been selling well the first couple months but have only been encouraged and taught better strategies every step of the way. My boss honestly enjoys coming to work everyday and going door knocking with me and the other guys. I've been with him when he has driven an hour away just to show an elderly couple how to work there system because they had forgotten since the install. Money is obviously not a high concern for them or I would have been thrown out on my ### long ago. It seems like they truly want me to succeed regardless of pay here in the early going. They are looking to expand quickly with a few offices but it seems to me like they are trying to go about it the right way. I'm not sure how it is going to work out for them because it seems like the lying cheating people seem to get to the top first but its nice to see that some employers still believe in treating their employees with respect. I hope that they succeed for that reason alone if nothing else. So for all of you going through the hardships of being with a bad company there are still good companies out there you just have to find them.

i worked for secure watch for about 6months as an installer. IF THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE dont let them in. Most of their installer have little training, they use garabge equipment. They dont pull electrical or police permits which will either get you a fine or no police response. WHAT GOOD IS AN ALARM SYSTEM IF THE POLICE DONT SHOW UP. I am still Waiting for my final check, just getting the run around. When you call their H.R. department you get a recording that someone will call you back. 3 days of calling no return call. Next step is to get the local Labor Board involved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was told by my branch manager not to come back. Panama City is the worst branch! I felt like a slave being dropped in a neighborhood for hours without any means of water or rest. One of the team leaders expected me to work in the field for over 5 hours, without a break or lunch in the sun from 12n-5pm. Needles to say what I told him. He also drove me to a service station and tried to put me out of thge van. He said I was " talking negative snd he wasn't going to put up with it"
After standing on my feet for 5hrs, There was no way I was getting out of that van and stand in front if a store and wait for my family to come and get me. Also when it became dark that sanme team leader took us (me and the other workers to a location where we are not authorize to be in and told us to go knock on doors it was after 7pm and dark outside. He everybody out of van. I'm too old to go to jail I didn't get out. So when we went in thhey told me they didn't need me anymore. Branch manager refuse to tell me I was fried, refuse to give a pink slip or anything in written stated that I was terminated. At this time I'm very upset about my pay they cheated me out of. This happen last week. They threaten to call the police on me so I had to go the Madea on their ###. "Call the PO-PO ain't scared of no PO-PO" Call me lets talk

I too was hurt while riding in van with a "team Leader". He was driving very erathic, fast and crazy.
I scream out for him to slow down. He laugh and everyone on the van laugh, because "they were use to him driving like that". There were alot of things that transpered that day (with him driving). The 3rd time he made my head hit the top of the van it was really hard it hurt really bad and made me cry. Because I didn't know what to do. I PRAYED AND ASK THE lORD TO HELP ME! When he drop me off I didn't realize how it had affected me, not thinking about the fact he had caused me to be hit in the top of my head. I got out of the van, when I made it to the 2nd house attempted to walk across the street I became severly dizzy. I had no idea why I was dizzy. After the van came back to pick me up I was confused and disoriented. It took me awhile to remember what had happen to me pior.

Its time to file a class action against the company. I have personally logged every phone call and recorded them. I have copied my office call records, cell phone records, and ADT alarm records to prove that the system is defective and that they do not return phone calls and lie. It wasn't until I filed a formal complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau in TN that they returned one of my many calls. After doing some brief legal research, I know now that complaints can be filed with your State's Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, (in your state and their state of organization, TN), and your the Department of Consumer Affairs for your State. You can also send a letter cancelling the automatic payments to your bank, who also has to investigate. One last thing, slam their compalints office with correspondence and phone calls: according to the Better Business Bureau for TN and the TN Secretary of State, the complaint department can be reached at [protected] or 507 S. Gay Street, Suite 600, Knoxville, TN 37902, Attention Mr. Geraude Hall "Complaints".

Cattle? This cattle likes the barn just fine and is glad the construction people continue to work on it – haha. Really, I’ve worked other places for other people and these guys are pretty good to work with. I have some days that could be better, but that’s true at home too! Anyway, I was proud when I got my job with SecureWatch and am still proud to work here. Maybe we knew each other – either way – sorry it didn’t work out for you.

For some unknown reason all of the complaints I posted on this website are not here anymore. Don't matter because I will never forget the nightmire I went through with this company. In fact I'm still ahving nightmires and as soon as I can I'm going to file a suit against this stupid company. Causing me injury to the top of my head. Cheating me out of weekly bonus after I have work for them 3 weeks straight 10 hours aday and 4 and 5 hours without a break working out in the hot sun where they drop you off and refuse to come back to pick you up. Making excuses for the reason they can't come or just not answering the telephone when you call for a pickup. I was afraid for my life while riding in the securewatch van the team leader texting while driving speeds up to 65mpr running off the road. Driving fast over holes in the rode to cause injury, by making me bounce up in the van and bump my head really hard to cause dizziness. Had me to come to the office to pick up my paycheck and after waiting for 45min in my car they branch manager and regional manager tell me my check isn't there it was mail from corporate. I stll haven't got my check in the mail yet. I think my check as there but they refuse to give it to me. They are so unprofessional. They had the team leader to tell me that I wasn't needed anymore because I'm negative. I complain about the outragous, mad man driving, I complain about ths smoking of cigarettes and weed, I complain abouit being left in the field for over 4 hours without a break or lunch. I complained about being forced to work in area where securewatch was not authorize to be in. The list goes on and on. This is Alice Mack in Panama City Fla. Holla!

I recently worked for Securewatch's corporate scheduling office in Knoxville, TN and I agree. It is completely unprofessional, the employees do curse and they get away with everything. The manager speaks like someone who doesn't seem educated and she is unprofessional herself as well as one of the assistant managers right under her. They don't care about their customer's being swindled, as soon as they get off the phone with the customer they are speaking so bad about them. They pretend to be professional when the regional is around but the moment he steps out of the door they are back at goofing off and cursing. The reps on the phone are children, fresh out of high school and are completely unproffesional as well.

I just received a call from a Secure Watch recruiter asking me to come in for an interview tomorrow morning. I am so glad that I typed this company name into google because I came across several complaints against this company from both employees and customers. I remember applying for a call center position with this company and according to this forum, everyone here is knocking on people's doors outside all day and selling security alarm systems so im guessing that the "call center" position is really just a scam to lure people into their offices for an interview. If this is the case then I really hope this company will be fined and shut down because this is ridiculous and I hate when scam artists prey on people who are unemployed and really need a job to make ends meet. Thank god I came across this forum before wasting my time driving across Charlotte for this ### interview.

Worked for SWS in Wilmington NC for seven weeks and never once did I receive a paycheck that was accurate> I had to fight each and every week for my money and finally decided that it was not worth the time or effort. Working 10-12 hour days...walking door to door in the poorest counties in NC and in the heat. Treated like dogs when sales were not what Management expected. Very unprofessional atmosphere and as stated many times here excess swearing unnecessarily.
