I ordered an Iphone 6s on November 18th, order number [protected].
I received the package in my locked letters box.
I discover that the package inside the locked letters box is already open and the Iphone is not inside.
I live in a house and I am the only one to hold the key of the letters box.
I do not know how to solve this problem, I find it surprising that such an article with a price of € 146.86 is sent without my signature to the reception.
