I purchased a Serta Pillow Top Mattress about 2 years ago and it is sagging and it has been turned on a regular bases. What can I do. This was a 2,200 dollar mattress.

Plz advise smb!

Hi. I have had this Serta mattress for five years and I am completely disappointed in how the mattress sags in the middle. I will not buy a Serta mattress again, since I payed 1800 for the mattress.

I purchased my serta pillow at Wal-Mart for $44.95 before tax it promised to keep it's shape... within 4 months the promise was broken

mattress is so ridiculously high I need stool to get in bed what stupid person invented that piece of junk hope he was fired by now

fell off the bed and hurt my shoulder and face as I hit dresser feel like filing a law suit against you
