Simply Piano did not reimbursement for an unknown 2023 subscription payment of $149.90. I immediately cancelled the 2024 payment after a review of my Bank Statement.
I immediately spoke several times via text/e-mail with a Paolo who confirmed that someone provided my financial information for a free-trial without my knowledge. I spoke with several Personnel without success. Nash, Lanie and others who stated they were having difficulties with PayPal in transferring the second refund though a Paypal Representative states that there was no problem(s) in doing so.
