Recently I purchased a laser machine and the wrong machine was sent. Despite numerous attempts to resolve issue, very little has been done. I have provided the company of documentation in respect of order and my conversations with The staff. I have also provided admissions on their part for the incorrect order but still experiencing great difficulties with them. They request information I provide then they come to a standstill. No duty of care provided to overseas traders. I just want my refund. I am a uk citizen and have been subjected to intimidation and threatening behaviour. All evidence can be provided on request
So sorry to hear of the problems you experienced with Sincoheren, were you ever able to resolve the problem.
I am considering buying a machine from them but are trying to find out more beforehand, so would appreciate any feedback
Well, I lost $10000 as there machine was supposed to be full compliant and it was not in Canada. As a medical office, health Canada systematically verify our purchase. They never recovered the mainframe that I still have in the office in its box and the handle where shipped back by DHL. This is not a trustworthy company.
Sorry to hear your bad experience about that. As I know, sincoheren is a group company, more than 300 employees, probably there is a sales not professional, but most of them are friendly and helpful. I bought many laser machines from Sincoheren, very good quality, FDA cleared, even I visited many fairs in USA, Dubai, China quality many levels, sincoheren is top I think, and my machines used many years no defact happen from 2016. The sales I contacted is Ida Wang, very helpful when I need training for clinical using, and clinic treatment marekting etc. REALLY APPRECIATE THAT. Her contact number, also whatsapp number is +[protected], if anyone need some advice.
your answer does not help
same here but difficult to trust companies over there
I’ve bought a machine with Sincoheren contact name was Christine and also Fred zhu, I had a hifu machine that was still within warranty and unopened due to covid, I opened it last month and it was glitchy the screen didn’t work, it would freeze it was faulty. I contacted both Christine and Fred who refused to help me basically refused to let me either swap the machine (I even offered to send mine back) they said no. They wanted me to go into my machines circuit boards and fiddle around with it, that is not ok and would invalidate any insurance I have, so I just asked for a new one, if it’s within warranty then they should do this, Fred then proceeded to call me a liar because I opened my machine a few months after they sent it and that I wasn’t being honest. And then he refused to talk to me at all and I haven’t heard from him since, I have since had to look at other options to try and regain what I’ve lost considering the machine is faulty by going to fair trading which I doubt will do anything, oh and if you are in Australia, their TGA approval expired last year so whatever is on their website is invalid and false advertising so they are no longer TGA approved as the company that was sponsoring them is now deregistered of which I have also reported to fair trading. (I’ve had a lot of time on my hands I’ve been at home with a broken foot). So in a nutshell don’t buy from them, whichever Sincoheren it is because they are probably all the same, look at another company. If you would like photos of any of my conversations with Sincoheren, or my broken faulty machine, let me know, oh and Sincoheren if your reading this and especially Fred zhu, you should of just replaced my hifu DEAR shouldn’t you!
