I have pasted the email below in which i've complained. This is regarding you dubai, uae branch. I wish it was just one person but the operators unbeliveably dumb and unprofessional.
I want to raise a complaint about your company.
Tracking no. [protected]. You have turned this into a nightmare. You are the most unprofessional company I have ever come across.
I phoned you 23rd may to ask about my parcel which has been with you for over 8 days. The operator told me the phone number you had was incorrect, so she told me she had now update the correct phone number and booked the appointment to have my package delivered on 24th may between 10 - 4pm.
Unfortunately, l had to deal with your company once before and it was as unprofessional then as it is now.
Because of your unprofessional conduct I phoned you today to make sure it was going to be delivered today. The operator today told me, the phone you had for me was incorrect again. Thats how dumb your operators are.
The operator had assured me still that the package is with the driver and it will definitely be delivered today. I told him I had not received a call from the driver, so how can it be delivered today and he said, he has updated the phone number and it will be with the driver and it will be delivered today.
Two hours later I called again and a woman answered. I repeated my question to her, to tell me roughly when the driver will be coming, she put me on hold for fifteen minutes and didn't get back until I cancelled the call.
Called again and this time another lady picked up and she too assured me it will be delivered. I told her, I have an appointment to go to but all she could tell me was it will be delivered but can't give me a time.
Guess what?
No one came!
The whole day is a comedy of errors. I can understand if one person has messed up but all the different people i've spoken with today are as bad as each other. They have no regard for the persons problem, they just wanted to waste time so I could get of the line.
How hard is delivering a package? And don't tell me ‘oh we are so sorry but... Bla bla bla'. Save this nonsense for some other idiot. You have done this before and I had begged my relative to not use your company but it was too late and I am once again stuck with you people! An absolute nightmare.
I requested yesterday, it was important I have the delivery today, my mother had a catch a flight and some items belonged to her.
Next time, I would rather wait for a month to get my package but never ever to use you company again and I will sending this email to other bodies too, so they can be made aware.
For now, just tell me where the hell is my package and when its going to be delivered?

Full Description of complaint: I have just received a parcel from Skynet, I wonder why the envelope bag is sealed with Skynet Yellow Tape. When I opened up the envelope and took out the watch box, there is no watch inside the box. I believe someone has taken the watch away from the box and sealed back the envelope bag with yellow tape.
Desirable resolution of complaint: I request a full refund.
Please look into this case seriously.

When the penang branch call me by hamphone im not pick up. After 10minnute I call back to them. But they not pick up. I call to company phone no one to pick up oso. Ok fine. I thought they wanted to delivery to my house, so I wait. But they dint deliver my thing to me. At night I saw at my sender website say consignee nt at home. Bt they dint deliver to my home at all. Next day, another handphone call to me. When I pick up the call, they say skynet, I say ok, then then off the call.. I call back oso nobody to answer.. Call to office oso same. Because sender dint give me the tracking no.. Yesterday I call to the office they say cannot to check.. Ok fine... But why they dont send my product to my home? And call back oso dint pock up? So that today I get my tracking number from my sender.. So I check by the skynet system, the system show return to the origin. I call to skynet office and check. They say my sender give wrongly phone number, so cant to contact me. If wrong number, but why they will call me at last few day? Ok. Nevermind, maybe sender really wrong. So I go to the office take my product at noon. At that time, I saw my product there attach the handphone number is correct. I was not at home when they delivered the item to my house. They left a notice. I then called this number +60127081188. The lady over the phone told me my item was sent to skudai branch and asked me to call this uncontactable number 07-5122611 (called whole morning but no one pick up). Then she immediately hung up on me. I then called again. After repeated tries, the lady picked up and asked me to go to skudai branch to collect myself and gave me the address. Before I can jot down the full address, she hung up on me again.
Skynet service desperately need to improve! These people should be sent for training on how to provide good customer service! I will never use skynet service again!

Parcel sent to office during lunch hour, what a wise choices, (I did put a remarks there dnt send the package during lunch hour) so there is nobody in the office and the delivery guy just simply put the remarks as consignee refuse the package? Impressive. Called thousand times to warehouse (Subang branch) to rearrange the shipment. Never actually work things out. Called thousand times but still keep asking tracking number (Although alr notice is the same person) and said Ms your package is stil in the warehouse ya, I c here the remarks has putted as Consignee refuse the package. I have called 03 922 25577 to arrange pick up for my parcel since 14 May, I called everyday and twice a day to remind them to pick up from my office, but they never come.
I try to feedback to them and they just ignore me and hung up the phone. May I know what is this kind of customer service? The service quality is terrible, I have patiently wait for 2 days, but still my parcel is siting on my office table. This is definitely not right, and will directly affect our promise to my customer on the shipping time period.
Please at least tell us what is the problem causing this, as we can explain to our customer instead of saying Skynet is terrible, and we can do nothing.

This morning I phoned your business for help. A Malay guy answered the phone and proceeded to talk in a most rude and vulgar manner. The words he used are commonly referred to by their first letter by people with manners. I doubt that he is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to him soon before your business suffers. All of us need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is his turn. I was asking nicely to check one of my customer purchase on Lazada, apparently it was my mistake the printed copy not clear enough and my respond was a bit slow due to the holiday last weeks. 04/05/2018 I received the call (tel no:+[protected]) who asking me to collect this parcel myself at SkyNet Molek starting on next Mon - 07/05/2018.
As I know, usually if the 1st delivery is unsuccessful, SkyNet will try an additional attempt on the next business / working day.
However, when i asked about re-delivery, the customer service directly rejected me and said they will not do so, the parcel has been returned and only collection available for this parcel.
WHY 2nd attempt delivery has been rejected? If you are providing such inconvenience and lousy service, please don't call yourself as a leading local carrier company in Malaysia.

Finally I spoke to one of the manager, couldn't remember his name but a malay guy on the 23/4/2018, he assured me that my item will be delivered on tuesday 24/42018.. He said that he will personally monitor it to be delivered.. So this is how your staff are.. Terrible service ever.. The worst delivery company in malaysia.. Just google n see for yourself.. Worst services. My Parcel arrive at 3/4/18, but my brother was inside washroom so we call and re-arrange the delivery. As promise they proposed to deliver again on 9th (which I don't know why need take so much time to re-send). However we accept the offer. until 14th, I din received any update and I make called wanted to self-pick up.
Firstly, I called more than 30 time to get the answer of the call. The guy told me the parcel send back to KL. I re-arrange again, said on 16th. I make call on 16th, again, there is no one pick up my call.
When I check online today (17th), I realised the parcel already send back to KL on 6th!(Seriously? why promise me will resend on 9th while you already send back to KL on 6th?)
And now, my parcel still at KL (i thought you will deliver on 16th?) What can I do now to get back my parcel?
