After years of loyalty, if you complain, you are x'd out. The delivery has been terrible. Scratches that I will NOT accept and pay for; missed pickup windows and delivery expected me and other's to stay 2 1/2 PAST window time after that had lied about coming twice so doubtful they were coming. Then they had their corporate office they hid behind like children. My money, my time , my stress all played with multiple times. They didn't care in the LEAST. They have received multi thousands of dollars from me and my small family . They couldn't care less.
My late dad was in dialysis and since he couldn't get out to ACCOMMODATE them , he was charged 100.00 more. They don't care about people and health. My dad was upset and stressed it added. He died the next day.
American makes up stories about customers they are frustrated with for speaking the truth and not allowing American Furniture to rip them off or ruin their furniture.
The best part, is you realize that there are so many better places and quality pieces than this place who does not care one bit about you- just what $$ they can get out of you.
Riddance. They blamed customers, managers everyone but themselves for their rotten service and behavior
Desired outcome: Get your defective scratched furniture you caused and stay out of my life as I can do far better than to get cheated.
